I should have made it very clear in my initial post that Reach of Haywood County made my healing process much harder. Reach of Haywood has treated me terrible which does impact my children. Many people are now discovering that I am a survivor and the final assault was grizzly yet I never once complained or asked for help.

I was tossed back into the Appalachian mountains with no resources. I lived in plain sight with pain, shame, and suffering, and no help for me or my babies. It has been long and hard suffering.

When I did go for help and healing it got worse, way worse. Reach of Haywood County actually almost made me end my life topped by the misogynistic family abuse that I had endured for two decades after the trial. I would still like to hear about the “lockdown” that Buffy was messaging me about however crickets. It sent me into such a state of chaos that I’m thankful I can type out how terrible they actually were to me today. I lived in such pain and shame for so long.

I was exploited after the trial by my misogynistic family and my abuser. My abuser came back a few weeks later when my mouth was wired, shut with a corrupt police officer by the name of Dan to end my life. The same ones that Reach wanted to protect, and they wanted to make sure to kick me as hard as possible when I was down. I see you clearly now.

I survived Jan 5, 2002 and did not utilize resources the way that they are designed because they were not there and many are suffering in plain sight. Today we have the resources PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use this valuable resource for safety.

If you have to deal with Buffy Queen or any of the incompetent ones, then go to Buncombe County. Reach of Haywood County is the Mickey Mouse Club and they’re only looking for a white entitled tea party.

From original msg: A young lady asked me for help yesterday, she was scared for all the reasons. I wanted to call 911 but she wasn’t ready for that step so I asked her if we can please call Reach. She said yes. She spoke with a sweet woman named Wendy. That kindness helped transition her fear to strength. Wendy when I called thank you for helping.

I am beyond grateful today that we have this resource. If anyone is being abused, I am humbly asking you to call 911 or Reach but if Reach is not interested in helping you then you will not receive help. There’s a great group Break The Silence Against Domestic Violence where you can gain better understanding how that local domestic abuse offices, like Reach, are often used as a back scratcher for the good old boy club. Maybe this post will help get some new people down there.

I have contacted Reach twice for counseling and they have not got back with me. They do have the funding, however they do not use it properly. Reach actually helped my abuser abuse me more. I’ll be back in court January 16 in Fort Lauderdale. I have to spend my own money for counseling because my abusers teamed up with the Reach Office.

Reach is still not being accountable about Buffy sending me a message about a lockdown. I would like an explanation about this however, I’ve been ghosted by Reach.

My abuser was saying that I needed to be institutionalized and Buffy Queen sent me a very traumatizing message. However, Reach will not be accountable for it. Save your life because Haywood County hillbillies do not care. Hold Reach accountable or they will reach around your back and screw you over. This is one of the largest victim shaming on court record. Reach could’ve done a much better job but they reached to protect abuse. That is our local Reach Office and how they treated me.

1/3 of relationships have reported domestic violence. The majority of that is women and many are suffering from a traumatic brain injury. Traumatic brain injuries from domestic violence, outnumber the military and athletes combined by 11%. It’s time to start talking about it.

Get your life back, and get your safety back because you deserve it. Thank you Reach for NOT reaching back. Find me @ Zero Tolerance. 💜

I recently moved back to Maggie Valley and needed to replace furniture in my home after being in San Diego mostly since 1986. It's been a pleasure replacing my furniture from so many nice people who work at Reach of Hazelwood.

Will never bring my stuff there again. They refuse to give you a contribution form.they decided the amount need to donate can't be reached.so they would not give us a form. To write off on our taxes. A shame because I believe in their cause
