This place don’t care about people neither elderly people pregnant women or injured people. You can hear the workers cracking jokes laughing having fun while 10s of people waiting to be helped. We can’t record anything because it’s prohibited. It’s prohibited because they don’t want anyone to have proof against them. Every worker is rude have bad attitude and if you ask them same question more then once they will make you wait even more longer then it’s necessary. Office opens at 8am but no one will call you to the window till 8:20 or later. Workers are not even on their station at 8. I have been seeing this for years.

I am blown away by how amazing the staff are here. Their response time is beyond amazing and the time they took to answer all my questions so throughly was mind blowing. Logan and Jessica were fantastic. It is so hard to get in touch with government agencies, so to not only get in touch but have such a good experience was awesome. Way to go randolph county.

Never pick up their phone despite calling when they first open. Apparently no matter what time you call they are too busy to answer. Overall communication is horrendous.

Even though they really couldn’t help me with my rent I owed my rental company a few months back that led me to an eviction, they really are helpful for anyone in need. It’s just my last landlord didn’t want to go any further. But it’s okay cause I am about to get a new place soon upcoming in the next few months. Totally recommend

I would definitely not want these ppl in your life. They control every aspect if you do. I mean down to who you can socialize with. If you don't have a license they don't want to give your kid back. If your living rent by the month they hold that against you saying I could be evicted. They only do what they have to do to show up for court, they will over exaggerate and lie to benefit there side. Just stay away.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! I’ve been trying to get in touch with my case worker about my food stamps and every time I call her direct number she never picks up! I don’t know her supervisor’s number, but looking at the reviews on here I’d say it wouldn’t do any good. I’ve even tried calling operator and still nothing. This is horrible, not everyone is able to go to the office because of immobility and no transportation. Calling is the only way they can handle business. I’m definitely gonna file a complaint against this office because they really show that they have no regard for people’s wellbeing.
