We had an amazing experience at Randhawa Ranch for our wedding weekend! Jazz, Taylor, & Mackenzie made all our dreams come true and were such a pleasure to work with! We came to them frantically searching for a venue a few months before our date, as our previous booking fell through, & Jazz made the process so smooth and stress-free. I am a professional wedding planner who has had the pleasure of coordinating at Randhawa Ranch. The property and view are absolutely stunning and the guest houses are clean, cozy, and have plenty of space & privacy for a large group. The venue manager, Ashlee was very helpful in answering all of our questions and ensuring everyone from vendors to the couple were well informed & prepared for a successful & meaningful celebration. I would be happy to recommend this venue to my clients who are looking for a beautiful & inviting space to host large events or intimate gatherings.

Beautiful venue! Absolutely loved my wedding. My only issue was with the transparency from when I booked to when my wedding occured. I originally booked with Megan & agreed to the terms and conditions she had laid out. A few months beforehand, they switched management companies and that's when I had slight issues with Randhawa. With the previous management companies, they never mentioned the no open flame rule (candles) or the not shot rule. When Ashlee came in, she wanted me to sign a rules and regulation form which included this. I went ahead and showed her instagram photos from their own page which showed REAL open flames & informed her when I signed with the old management company, that was never an issue. She then proceeded to let me know, she was now in charge and these were the rules but she understood and we met in the middle... Real candles, but only on concrete (which I think was fair). Leading up, I was very nervous, because I felt really shaky about working with Ashlee as I had told her my biggest issue when you're spending so much money is no transparency from the start. Let me tell you, the day of, Ashlee came through. She really made me feel calm, and did her best to make things go smoothly! It was hot on my wedding day and our bartender was slightly late due to getting lost... She did not hesitate to jump in her golf cart and shuttle beverages down from the barn, to the house and made sure the cooling process was started to provide cold beverages to our guests. She really helped make our guests as comfortable as possible under the Temecula sun and for that, I'm grateful!
The only thing I don't agree with is, I believe the trash dumpster fee should be included in the venue. I think the fee for the venue is hefty (WORTH IT, as the views are beautiful) but they should try to include it in. I forgot to pay for it, and Ashlee made it a breeze to get that taken care of in seconds!
I LOVED MY WEDDING, and wouldn't change anything about it. I would just advise that you ask all the questions, and get full transparency from the beginning which I think Ashlee can provide (: If Ashlee remains in place, Im sure you'll have a smooth experience!

We had amazing experience hosting our wedding at Randhawa Ranch! This venue is unmatched and allowed us to curate the exact experience we had dreamed of for so long. We booked the full weekend package (Thurs-Sun) and could not recommend this more - it's worth orienting your budget around making this possible. We loved spending that extra time with our wedding party and family, and getting more time at this stellar place that we will literally remember forever. Ashlee was fantastic to work with and her easy going nature made any minor obstacles we encountered throughout the process feel very addressable. She was really helpful when it came to the mystery of the weather in the week leading up to our wedding. Thankfully, our day was misty and magical and it did not actually rain. That said, Ashlee was proactive with helping us determine options and be creative as not to add cost for our wedding or rehearsal activities. We were able to be fully present on our special day, and if anything went wrong, we sure didn't know because Ashlee and our coordinator Raquel made it very easy on us. The main house, detached suite, and apartment fit our group perfectly. The staff around the ranch were able to help if anything came up when we were there. We look forward to returning someday for an anniversary celebration. We'd rent this place out again in a heartbeat. It is absolutely gorgeous!

Ok this place is STUNNING. It was a dream come true for us in every way possible. Ashlee who runs the ranch was spectacular. My mother in law even fell in love with her lol. She was flexible and accommodating and truly just cool. The venue is of course gorgeous and amazing but without her the day wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was. Truly. HIGHLY recommend this place.

Truly a stunning view and property, however, as a main helper at the wedding: felt the presence of staff was overdone and felt “watched” constantly. Saw staff checking rooms long before event was over. Had my valuables in rooms so was SUPER uncomfortable with this. Table promised for charcuterie wasn’t same one discussed previously. Just other things like this. Would not recommend. Was told our trash could be taken to dumpster for us previous to wedding- then was told wehad to take it. Then- told they’d do it. I was so nervous from all this I actually emptied ALL room trash cans thinking they were going to charge for something. Eyes everywhere on us. Won’t be back.

I’m in love with this venue! The venue is more on the inclusive side BUT you are still able to customize it to fit your vision. So rare to find a venue with places to sleep while having the venue to yourselves. Our wonderful tour guide Jazz was very knowledgeable which made this entire process so much easier! I feel like it’s so hard to envision how your day could look like but Jazz really helped me picture how everything would look and gave us many ideas. So excited to come back here soon!

You need to get married here, this venue is gorgeous! There's so much space, and Jazz was so great in helping us visualize all the possibilities. The views are absolutely stunning all the way around the property, and I just loved the rustic barn with all the market lights.
