From the moment I entered into the 2nd floor, I was greeted with exceptional hospitality. The receptionist, Ms. Para, was incredibly welcoming, attentive, kind, and helpful. She guided me through the initial steps and answered all of my questions with warmth and professionalism. I was then directed to Room 4 to begin my process with Ms. Curvey. The experience was quick, and completely painless. Ms. Curvey was incredible helpful and efficient. She was courteous, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. Ms. Curvey took the time to address my concerns and assisted me efficiently with my social security process. The entire process, from start to finish, took only about 5 to 10 minutes. (Which every process is different, maybe mine it doesn't take so long). I had a smooth and positive experience.

The only option to make an appointment is to go there in person and get the appointment since it’s impossible to book one through the phone call which lasted around an hour and nobody picked up. I hope I don’t have to come back here again.

On July 23, 2018. I went to the office to replace my social card to unlimited. I got a ticket number 596. did not wait long. What I want to mention is Window 12A on this day. Unexpectedly I met a Chinese Speaking representative. A male with a pleasant attitude. He helped me and communicate with me. Thanks for his help.

One more thing I want to mention is that this period of mine is a new start in life. I could calm down to be an American but not a temporary visiting alien.

Thanks for US Government and my judge, Mr. Amit.C. He is one of the best immigration officers. My judge went over all my submitted documents so seriously and clearly checked all the points. He even knew where the wrong explanation was. All my documents are about to thousand pages. It is challenging work to be a decision maker. He made the decision on the base of TRUTH and JUSTICE. He deserves any good rewards for his dedication, responsibility, and seriousness. I would like to follow his work attitude and try to be an appropriate person to any social position, which I will treat it as deeply meaningful and important. I had a heart of gratitude. pray for judge Amit.C for his goodness condition.

I will be a perfect person. Love people with a compassionate ❤️ heart, which is more stable and truthful than the superficial emotion. Contribute my wisdom and energy to better society.

It's your standard SSA building. Wait times depending on what you're there for can be quick or long. Best times to go are early in the morning before the line lengthens too far down the ticket listings, as the ticket counter goes up to 999 a-g or maybe higher

i read a lot of bad reviews, but my experience there today was great, Jackie the rep. that process my application was professional and pleasant. my appointment was 8am and i was out before 9am. the process was simple and easy . the only problem i had was getting an appointment because no one answer the phone, at one point i stayed on the phone for almost 2 hours waiting for someone to pick up was no one did until after weeks of calling i decided to call @ 3:55 when the office was about to close and that is when i get someone and made my appointment.

My daughter just turned 18 and needed a card for work but couldn’t create an online account. After multiple calls to reach a rep she finally got Mr. Watson a GODSEND! He was patient and kind.Thoroughly explained the video interview option and made the process super easy for her to comprehend. Unfortunately the video interview had some technical issues and she needed the card to start job training. So he made her an appointment to come to the office which she did and because of him she is now working! I would have given five stars however when she went into the office on May 11, 2021 at 12pm to do the appointment in person the female representative was extremely rude to her. She asked for a comment card as she wanted to write a positive review for Mr. Watson who helped her the day before but the woman refused to giver her one.My daughter also stated that the woman did not want to give her a Social Security card verification letter and after giving her a hard time finally printed one with an attitude. I asked my daughter why she did not request to speak with a supervisor but she said the lady was giving her so much negative energy so it made her shut down. I was very disappointed. She had such a great experience with one person and a horrific experience with another. I wish she remembered the employees name but she did not. Do better support young ppl trying to navigate don’t discourage them.

Worst experience with this office. I needed an original social security card for work and applied back in June, a month before my start date. After 4 weeks of waiting, my card didn’t show up and I was told that I wasn’t even in the system It took a full week of calling, getting disconnected or ghosted on the call, waiting for someone to pick up to find out where my application went.

My first application didn’t go through and I was told to reapply ONLY until I called in. I was never informed through mail of this and if I hadn’t called to follow up, I would’ve never knew why my card wasn’t coming.

By this time, I was already delayed of work by 2 weeks. This office also didn’t have any availabilities until August. I called everyday trying to see if I could get an earlier appointment. The calls either never connect to, or they are dropped or disconnected, or they get connected to someone who’s of the bare minimum help or extremely condescending.

By now, I’m already a month late for work, without pay, during this pandemic, and still waiting for my card (second application). It’s been extremely stressful having to deal with this and not knowing if my job position will still be available. I would give this place zero star if I could. I have never seen a system so archaic before.

I went here today to get my father a replacement social security card. Got there at 8 and there was a line but not too long. Took about 20 min to get inside. When inside the process went very smoothly. My case was processed by Ms. James who was professional and very pleasant. My experience was definitely a good one.
