I had the good fortune to be introduced to Purpose of God Church and Bishop Jones by a friend. The Church has 2 terrific community outreach programs: Miracle Meals and the Share Shop. I have been to both. The Share Shop has clothing and furniture and is only about 100 yards from Miracle Meals..

Miracle Meals is a great food bank. The generosity and fellowship are amazing. The place was crowded and happy. There were lots of staff and they were very helpful. They had a large amount of food and other necessary items. I am very impressed with how well run it is. Highly recommended!

Ive picked up some stuff in past and did not mind giving few dollars but now its not free. Everybody has to pay 7 dollars every time you go. Thats a little much. I understand all the overhead and expenses that it takes to operate. Just dont say its free because its not.

From the start, I was greeted and welcomed by the hardworking staff, with dignity and grace. The staff walked me through the process. All I had to do was print my name and phone number. The gracious staff member told me that everything is free. I almost fell to my knees in prayer. "Glory be God on high", I said, the tears of joy and spirit wrose through my body and lifted me up! I like to thank all the staff as they truly go above and beyond. God bless each and everyone of you.

Bishop and mother Jones are amazing people. The staff here are all wonderful and everyone here truly cares. I recommend to come and check out the Annex. It's nice to find a place that honestly pits God first for the right reasons and never judges anyone based on their past. They are willing to help anyone who is willing to help themselves.

They apparently won't help black people with braids, dreads or knotty hair. This place is kind of culty! They require women to wear only dresses that are to there ankles. Require boys to have a shaved head like the military and don't allow people with natural hair to participate in their programs! The insulting part is they have a government grant that is supposed to help the community. My daughter worked for them and they told her during Covid that she was required to come to work even though they furloughed her. They also required them to eat lunch together even though they took it out of her check. At this point I am pretty disgusted with this place. In my opinion they are a little parasitic of the community they are supposed to help smdh!

The purpose of god near river road is super helpful but the employees/ staff sometimes are super rude, and make rude comments and they laugh and whisper about people. Some people are great kind people and for the others I can’t say the same.

This place is awesome. Bishop Samuel Jones and Mother Jones stress blurry Wyoming to go above and beyond to help meet the needs of children with grades and also adults with life choices. I would give them two thumbs up!!!
