I had previously done a pick up and offered a sectional couch and ottoman I also had. The driver was so excited he called another driver to pick it up. Fast forward to the new pick up day for the couch and instead of the previous nice driver his racist friend returned who then insulted my furniture and told me “this stuff won’t sell, we don’t want it.” He tried to argue with me about a stain he “remembered” in my couch but was persistent in taking my ottoman which actually is stained. Needless to say, I was confused and disappointed because I’m a veteran just wanting to donate to other veterans. Had no clue I’d be insulted and also didn’t know things were being resold. I will not be recommending anyone to this company and I hope to find a company to treat me fairly that actually cares more about helping veterans, not so much about how much money they’ll make. (Although the couch is only two years old and completely undamaged with no stains.)

Very very disappointed my appointment was for 9am. I get a call at 830am saying the driver is not coming, because they cannot fit into your complex. I asked are they on the road, I guide them in, it is 3 complexes next to each other maybe they are at the wrong complex. No they are not in your area, they LOOKED IT UP ONLINE. I asked are they will to try and come in the complex, Uhal, Penske, and other companies come in the complex all the time. Unless you are driving a semi-truck or 18 wheeler. You can fit. All my furniture was outside and ready to go at 815am, all they had to do was pull in load up and go. The drivers never came to get a visual of the area. They looked it up online and made a poor judgment call. I am a veteran looking to support other veterans. All that I ask is that you TRY, do not assume something cannot be done without TRYING.
