I gave it five stars out of loyalty - for how much they have helped me in the past. But it's totally changed. Sorry but the blond lady (Jann) thats taken over is an example of how some people get into the charitable giving business to make themselves look charitable. I used to volunteer there. Only times we ever saw her is when she came in to complain about something or move everyone aside so they could take pr pictures.
Mike and the volunteers did all the work. He *was* this place. He came up with all the systems to streamline it. Mike made sure everyone had food no matter what. He was kind, so cool and not judgemental. Sorry but I can't stand that blond lady whose only role seems to make people nervous when she comes stomping around with that fake smile of hers. Its a shame. This place helped SO MANY people when he was running the pantry. Now there's random closures ( a week before Thanksgiving!). Mike would have *never* let that happen.
Hope they get back on track just for all the people that need help right now.

It's been a big blessing to be able to feed my 7 children as a single momma knowing there's these resources in the county helps us get by through the week. We are grateful 🙏 so thank you all for your donations and volunteers

We called for help and talked to 3 people including CEO but never even got a call to meet let alone help we needed. I used to manage a shelter etc and know times are tough, but if other groups can call back and even leave a message, so can this one please and thank you.

Idk how anyone can give a place like this 1 star. They are all so helpful. My bf and I do not look homeless at all- in fact we stick out of a crowd due to our colored hair ect.. but they were very understanding and allowed us to get enough food for 2!(and flowers for B-day!) They post job offerings on a bulliton board, they have boxes for toys and clothes to children. They have given us blankets and hygienic items to stay clean and rested for our jobs. We go back every other week. They have saved our lives. We are so grateful.

They definitely have a fantastic pantry for people in need. I haven't had to use their other services but have met several people who have had help from a man there who does the housing placement. I know he is hard to get a hold of at because I've tried to help a couple friends who had him for a caseworker. I also feel that especially when placing people who have mental illness issues there should b some follow up care. I've seen at least 3 people who were placed by this program and then we're kicked out of a run down place for cleanliness issues. These people should have been put in transitional living. The women died within a few mth. She continued to sleep outside the building This is a bigger problem than one place or person can handle so I guess it's a little unfair to point fingers. Overall this place is a blessing!!!!
