Wait time wasn't too bad, for me, but the energy and attitudes are ugly and dismissive. People come in there for help but are treated like an inconvenience. It's very weird to experience given that they're a part of the department of HUMAN SERVICES.

The security ladies are terrible. My first time ever coming here I didn't know where to go. The security lady kept cutting me off while I was trying to ask where to go to apply for welfare. She kept looking at me like I was stupid when I CLEARLY told her I've never been here before. She hates her job and is clearly miserable. Find another job if you're that miserable, don't project your misery on others.

These ppl never pick up the phone and never return any phone calls!!!! The worse place ever . Nobody want to sit in a lobby full of ppl for a simple question when you can just pick up the phone

Last week I walked into the lobby and “security “ and employees were huddled in front of the check in desk. I stood for a couple of seconds so that SOMEONE would acknowledge me and direct me through the checkpoint. When I realized that wasn’t going to happen I reluctantly took the initiative and walked through (NOTE: They are STILL talking and ignoring me—I REALLY COULD HAVE been a security threat!). The buzzer went off. THEN she YELLS “Ma”am go back and put your stuff down and go back through!” SO the BUZZER MADE her/them even notice or acknowledge me! Then later, I hear the same security guard and another standing by the desk discussing whether customers would “have sense enough “ to do something. So in other words, “ since I don’t want to do MY job, the customers are on their own…” Time is up for just hiring BODIES. As a former Human Resources Manager I’ve never seen such incompetence. The place needs a COMPLETE OVERHAUL!

No accommodations for Senior Citizens or persons with Disabilities. They make Seniors and Disabled individuals stand in line and not even offer to allow them in to sit.
They do not answer the phone or open on time. What do they do exactly? Someone from MD State should come to clean up this location. A lot of dead weight here.

Maryland Social Services has been a challenging system to work with. Laws and Policies should be updated because I have been getting the runaround for three years regarding my child support. The Judge who heard my case informed me that somebody should revise each decree(Child Support and Divorce). When I spoke to the courthouse the ladies couldn't help me.

Everyone that stay in Maryland need to move to dc an shut this spot down it’s no help shut it down all they can give males are food stamps
