We love the Priceless Rescue Adoption Center in Chino Hills, CA. They were very friendly and Lauren the Assist Foster lady helps all of us who adopt. Great people and very informative. We adore her.

However the Vet Clinic works with the Rescue Center for adopted pets is extremely hard to communicate with. We had adopted a sweet cute baby 5mo old male Mixed Border Collie which needed 2 types of surgery after the adoption. Unfortunately.... the entire process has been a nightmare. I hope and pray for things to be resolved in a good way, especially for the sake of our baby border collie. On Aug 1st,2024 in the morning we hope for the Vet Clinic to correct the surgery issues which were done with our furry baby collie. 🙇‍♀️🙏

I had to put my 16 1/2 year old kitty to sleep. They were the kindest people I have ever met. From the Staff to the Veterinarian, the most compassionate people I have come in contact with in a long time. Thank you Priceless Pets. You were there for Mr Tuna & me in our time of need & grief.

Adopt Luca, 10 month Bichon Fritz. He is the sweetest dog anyone would want to love. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was there Friday noon. I went online to fill adoption paper. She set me in a room to meet Luca. She offers me to walk the dog. Facility is in a shopping plaza. It’s very clean. Many people comes to adopt pets. It’s a very active center. There are many dogs and cats to choose from. I received all vaccination records in a folder.

I was really disappointed by my experience here.

I think it’s important to state that Priceless Pets does great things for our community and our animals. This review is in no way meant to be negative and I recommend supporting them as much as possible for their rescue work.

Unfortunately, my experience at the vet clinic was not great. Things were extremely disorganized. I called in asking about vaccines and scheduled an appointment. I missed my first appointment at 12pm but they fit me in at 3pm which I was grateful for.

When I brought my dogs in for their vaccines, they seemed confused and asked me if I had been there before. I called the week prior and had already talked to the front desk and when they asked if I had been to the clinic before, I said no. When my dogs were brought back for their shots, they let me know that before they could get vaccinated they needed to see the vet, which I was not informed of. They asked if it was fine for my dogs to see the vet, and I said yes.

I should have asked if there was an additional cost, but I didn’t think of it and no one ever mentioned that there would be an additional cost. When I was charged out, I was charged out $42 for both dogs despite only 1 needing to see a vet for a rabies vaccine and the other needing to see a vet tech for the other vaccines. The front desk reduced one of the $42 office visit to $25. I asked for a estimate for my dog’s dental, and they said that it was attached to the paperwork I received at the end of the visit. It was not. I would have happily paid for the clinic visit or taken my dogs elsewhere had I been properly communicated that I would be charged for the visit from the get go, when I first called, or when I checked in, or when I talked with the veterinary staff. It was an honest mistake but unfortunately extremely unprofessional. In addition, nowhere on their website states that vaccines require visits with veterinary staff and there is absolutely zero signage in the office that has pricing available.

I understand that everyone is overworked and underpaid, especially in rescue and animal healthcare, but the lack of communication and disorganization was disappointing. Everyone was extremely friendly and I support their rescue efforts but the communication was so bad that I will not be going back to the clinic. Hopefully it gets better in the future so that there is better communication and transparency.
