I was a first-time customer of Precious S USA in spring 2024, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience. After talking with other large, stiff, and corporate jewelers in the hopes of having an engagement ring made, it was such a breath of fresh air working with a smaller and incredibly hospitable team. Precious S was always easy to contact, with most discussions being done over the phone or via text. I sent the team a number of pictures of rings and styles that were similar to what I was looking for, and within a few days they texted back computerized mock-ups of what the ring would look like. It was then incredibly easy to text or call back and forth to make minor adjustments or changes as needed. The ring took about 2 weeks in total to design, make, and ship. I have attached photos below of the ring. My now-fiance and I could not be happier with the finished product. The diamond quality and cut are superb and the craftsmanship evident in the cathedral setting and hidden halo. I am excited to continue to work with Precious S USA to have wedding bands made!
