The owner went over and beyond helping me with my shipments. She even let me borrow her eyeglasses so I could read my phone better. When I am in the area again, I will make sure to stop here.

I regularly use Postal Junction to send Amazon returns and other shipments via ups and the staff are so welcoming and helpful. Today, 3/10/25, they helped me select the perfect box and even opened the door for me when I was bringing it back to ship. This is a 10/10 shop!

Not expressed how kind and patient they are here. I had an issue with an Amazon return and she spent 20 minutes, not only assisting me to get it fixed but also got me a new box and help me print shipping labels and was so pleasant the entire time, even though I was taking up a lot of her time thank you again for your kindness.
