If your car needs attention it sometimes feels like having to go to the dentist... painful! Not this time. The customer service was wonderful, the people were professional and helpful, and as a bonus the prices were lower than anywhere else I've gone in the Beaverton/Portland area. Special thanks to Thomas who, though very busy, was friendly and patient.

The manager was very helpful with my van. He diagnosed the problem which turned out to be my engine. He allowed me to take the weekend to have it towed away, and did not charge for his troubles. I would go back here again anytime.

I went to do a DEQ test I paid and I was told to go online to get the test I wasn’t told that If I bought a new car I have to go to the actual DEQ place so they just charged me for nothing and I had to go back the next day to the actual DEQ place and paid again. Just ask for what service you will be getting before you pay.

MISLEADING They quoted my husband $50 for an oil change over the phone with the make and model. We paid $101. I was never asked which type of oil I wanted. They used an “Ultimate” which isn’t even a type. Ridiculously overpriced. We would never have booked an oil service for $100. WE WILL NOT RETURN.
