Wrongful termination.
Make sure you get paid your on call time.
Not just when working but when required to be available.
Family medical leave. Pregnancy. Bonding time.
Get EVERYTHING in writing/email!!
If you think it's wrong send email about it.
Don't be afraid to sue.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star but what kind of group home locks kids out causing them so much anxiety and anger that they cut themselves just to get away and be taken to a hospital to feel safe? This one when I called the police the officer stated "I hate this place I wish it didn't exist" I can't believe this and still no call or update on the child!!!

This home is not a place you want to have your kids. Call the murrieta police department and see how many incident reports they have. There is kids on the roof daily, arguements and fights in the streets and ambulances and fire department there almost daily. The staff is not train or qualified to handle the kids in the house.

The kids are ok like my pay but needs structure and they need to learn how to talk to some people.
