I highly recommend this facility. My mother spent almost a month here recovering from a fractured spine and she was sorry to have to leave! She received the kind of care money can't buy. Everyone and I mean everyone we met couldn't have been nicer, more professional and kind. The nurses were angels, the rehab staff was amazing, the food service was delicious and tailored to her needs. The admitting staff was helpful and sympathetic. The nurse who accompanied my mom to her doctor's appointments was warm, knowledgeable and so reassuring to my mother. I could go on and on with glowing reviews. (They even allowed us to bring our family pets to see my mom!) This place was a godsend to our family. The staff took a very upsetting situation and turned it into a loving, healing and lovely experience for our family. We will be forever grateful for their kindness.

A great place for those individuals who need a little extra help. Very clean and orderly! My friend who lives there is well pleased with the services and activities! They serve the residents 3 meals each day and offer snacks in the afternoon to help carry over before supper. They keep me updated on my friends health needs as I am his medical power of attorney. Really easy to communicate with!

Update to my previous review: They have now opened a new "Bistro" cafe, but you have to PAY EXTRA for it. And I understand the food is pretty good at the new Bistro. So what a slap in the face to the residents - in order to have edible food, it's going to cost you extra! Why not bring the bistro cooks to the main dining room so the food they are already paying for is good

Previous review: I would rate negative stars if I could. For what this place charges, THEY NEED TO SERVE BETTER FOOD! What ARE they doing with the thousands of dollars the residents are paying each month? Retired people often have little to look forward to other than their next meal, so it should be identifiable!!! Everyone has complained - the residents, the staff. Yet the administration doesn't seem to care. Take your loved ones somewhere else if you want them to eat well during their last days......

I couldn't agree more with "V D" who had commented on here earlier.
This retirement community is very nice and the staff are wonderful. BUT....The food is horrible!! I have a family member who lives here and sometimes they want us to eat with them. The food is not good! They offer the same things over and over again. It's basically slop. Someone needs to look into hiring someone who can teach and offer new menu ideas to the kitchen staff because this is disgraceful for what they charge not just every month, but just to be accepted into this place. Lots of money but its not being spent on feeding the residents. They need to do something soon.

Christian owned/operated and this shows through the staff. They are so good with caring for my mom and I have strict standards since I am an RN. Many of her friends live on the property since they are a continuing care facility. Mom started in an assisted living apartment, graduated to the memory care household, and then to the 200 household. They call the areas households because it promotes the thought that you are home there. So sweet. Lots of her friends live on site.

We are very satisfied with Piedmont crossing rehab center they really took care of my friend and got her back up and walking and she's finally got her life back. Piedmont crossing rehab center is very professional great food they are for the goal of keeping you at home and keeping you back into your own surroundings. I would suggest if you have a loved one go see Rebecca St John and she will get you back up and going. We are so satisfied with Piedmont crossing and if we need them in the future we will definitely go back. You couldn't ask for better people they're down to earth they cater to your needs and you're just not an average patient. So thank you to Piedmont crossing rehab center thank you so much may God bless all of you.

Attractive 2 bd garden apartment units with friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well kept, feels modern and thoughtfully run. Independent living for most, with the option to upgrade to assisted living (which are smaller units but still separate, but those no longer have a stove or washer/dryer and are in the main Bldg with a uniformed healthcare staffers at the front desk, and meals provided).

Nice clean and welcoming community center, exercise equipment, laundry, computer, library and other pleasant amenities. A good value ... I live in CA but my sister in law happily lives here and I’m glad for her; she has friends as well as caregivers who are kind and seemingly capable.

They will NOT GIVE YOU ANY PRICE INFORMATION, online....They only want, "oniine" for you to come to the facility....and take a tour and speak with a sales rep?
So you want our $200,000.00 deposit, and you pay us no interest and our family....pays you monthly....more than, a deserved price....FOR WHAT
I know this from speaking to one of your residence members....SCAM....Nice dance owner......You never answered the question? and your website is horrible ..... with no answers!!!!!
Just answer the question? WHAT IS YOUR BASIC, Cost of living there then we go more, when more is required Not saying nothing...says something....
