I had a great experience at Petco! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and everything about the store was well-organized. However, I noticed that multiple hamsters were being kept in small tanks together. Since hamsters are solitary animals, it might be more comfortable for them to be housed individually to reduce stress. I’d suggest keeping one hamster per tank for their well-being. Overall, I love the store and appreciate the care provided to the animals!

Staff here does not speak lol no good mornings, how are you, can I help nothing. I just met a guy that works the registers I’ve only seen him once he showed me the snakes and the habitat for BLKFRI, he has the most personality looks chill, VERY HELPFUL, not scared to handle the animals. The grooming area, they’re social IF you talk to them first Veronica is who I take my dog to for grooming she is so sweet, informative and aware of my dog she can be a bit shy but that was my first experience we’ve been to her 3x already. The vet area that’s probably the only area where everyone staffed is friendly, loud and have professional greetings. Idk, maybe I frighten some people here I am 5 7 with a big butt but idk lol. They’re the closest to me and that’s already a 20 minute drive so really don’t have any relocating options I’m only here once every two months so truly not too serious to consider. But hey if the dog loves this place I guess that’s all that matters. Here’s a few pics of my boujie zaza. Thank you Veronica, see you in 2 months you guys enjoy the holidays. I had a terrible experience at this Petco location. I went in for a simple dog food flavor exchange, something that should have taken 5-10 minutes at most. Instead, it dragged on for over an hour due to the manager’s unprofessionalism and rude attitude.

The manager was unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely unwilling to resolve the situation efficiently. They made the process unnecessarily complicated and treated me as though I was the problem. Their lack of basic customer service skills and professionalism was shocking.

I’ve been a loyal Petco customer for years, but this experience has me seriously reconsidering. If this is the standard of service at this store, I won’t be returning. Avoid this location if you value your time and a stress-free experience!

Tried this new location of Vetco and absolutely will be coming back my dog felt at such ease around the doctor and nurses from their sweet personalities and how they treated her with such care.

The cashiers sometimes remember my dogs when we come in.
Too bad the dog training isn't really up to par with my standards. Training with solely treats had my little girl only listening for the treat. I decided to find an actual dog training company with real experts.
The store though is great and the vets are nice.
