My experiences at PGY were indispensable in the development of my confidence and creativity. I was taught so much more than how to perform and entertain, I learned the importance of my voice and the things I have to say, I made life-long friendships (one of my PGY peers is now my college roommate!), and I know how to work well with a group of people who may think differently than me. I am an alumni of 5 years and since my time in PGY I have persuaded my younger siblings and cousins to join and enjoy PGY for themselves, it is now a family tradition. I am forever grateful for my leaders and for the things I learned.

I have done pgy throughout high school and have made friendships with people that I will have for the rest of my life. Our instructors are nice, genuine, and awesome teachers and make practice fun. I wouldn’t change this experience for anything and it was all worth it. I’ve learned how to get over stage fright and be able to perform in front of audiences and I’m grateful for that.

I love pgy I drove 2 hours there and back every Monday, because I live far away, just to get to it and it was so worth it. All the costumes and numbers where so fun and the audience was always entertained. The staff is amazing and so supportive and it would not have been possible without them. We traveld to Coasta Rica and helped put smiles on people's faces and we also had the opertunity to build a sccer feild and garden for orphans as well!

Our daughter love this program and regardless of how many sports and other activities she has, she always asks how she can make it, she's absolutely love it. We think that most importantly, kids return smiling, enjoyed, and challenged through this program. They gain self confidence and experience to perform for audience (not sure I can do it).

I have had multiple kids participate in PGY. They have all had great experiences, learning much more than stage presence and theater skills. The program and leaders taught them confidence, respect, how to build friendships and many more life skills. I highly recommend it.

Our family loves their experience at PGY. My 5 kids have all been able to grow in their confidence on stage as well as individuals. They used to be shy and now they all love performing and meeting new friends. The directors are amazing and do so much for our kids. I highly recommend this program;)

My daughter has loved every minute of PGY! She has been performing since she was 5 and at 13 this group still challenges her and gives her opportunities to shine. And the teachers and staff treat the kids like family. We love PGY!

The best way I can explain the management of this organization is to imagine a dumpster fire that got hit by a tornado. Seriously, while the school may have skilled dance instructors, they have no clue how to professionally manage a business or how to balance training with the practicality of outcomes.

Things to note:

1. The week prior to a performance is an unmitigated disaster of chaos. The instructors so poorly prepared the kids during the semester that during this week, they were requiring kids to spend 5+ hours a day (after school) in a cram-course to get prepared. Kids did not get home until after 10:00pm! My child came home exhausted, crying and frustrated. It was a nightmare.

2. The unforeseen costs were beyond insane. Kids were constantly required to have different outfits, shoes, etc. Each of these were very costly and difficult to find. If a child was missing something, they sometimes received harsh and unnecessary criticism from the staff.

3. Communication with the staff was also frustrating. On many occasions we needed to speak about specific, ever-changing requirements only to receive vague or unanswered emails. Either they have terrible communication skills or simply don't care enough about their clients to respond.

4. The last area of concern is their requirement on volunteering. While we understood this was necessary, we were told they would be flexible. This was far from the case as they wanted us to volunteer during normal work hours which obviously, isn't a possibility. If you can't meet that requirement, they charge a fee of $150. Unbelievable.
