Pavillon saved my life. The 12-step process used at Pavillon is intensive and closely coached and monitored by counselors and peers. "It works if you work it." It's a beautiful setting in the Blue Ridge foothills, close enough to be easy to reach but remote enough to force the detachment from one's daily dailiness that is required for introspection. A "family program" for parents, significant others, and adult children of patients assists in family understanding, and after treatment, healthful reintegration of the newly recovering patient into the "real world." An active alumni program makes sharing and renewal easy and inexpensive, and many activities are conducted on Zoom and social media for those who do not live nearby. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
