So far - Really Good Service! Really Good Product! Really Good Company! The team of professionals that my practice was provided with does an outstanding job of client service and listening to my every concerns and requests. Ashleigh (Account Manager) and Roz (Tech Specialist) are great listeners, responders, and advisors. My next comments is in no way a reflection on the team. However, the one thing that is a bit of a drawback was the additional fee schedule to maintain the CRM and SMS as well as extra charges for exceeding limits. So you're definitely not just paying $XXX/month. The fee-for-service SEO and Social Media Ads, I get. Also, it would be nice for the business owner, execs, or practice manager to have administrative authority to create and manage users and their roles at will on the dashboard. It's only been a few months with the company, so let's see how the rest of the year pans out as ROI is a gargantuan factor here.
