The procedure I had done yesterday at Paradise Valley Hospital. It went smooth. The hospital was comfortable clean. The doctors and the nurses were great. I was never left alone after my procedure. They constantly checked on me until I was released hours later.

I was there twice already, honestly, I didn't want to write a review because at the end I came out alive. To the owner: You need to improve your overall patient care. I saw how much you earn, I suggest you invest with improvements like nurses that know how to withdrawl blood and additional Drs..

Very friendly staff. Only one doctor available but he was quite knowledgeable and professional. Ws treated for a knee sprain that occurred at work. Beautiful nurses was a huge plus. Good overall experience.

Worse hospital staff ever, they have no compassion or hospitality. Hospital is dirty, and they can care less about your well being. As soon as you walk in, you can feell the darkness of that place. I will never go back to this hospital. I'd rather take the risk and drive further to get better care. Whole time I was there. I was never offered anything, not even water .

This was the worse hospital by far I’ve ever been in if you’re not Filipino, the nurses could care less about you. They speak about you in Tagalog, but it’ll do. They know some of us to understand it. They think they are better than everybody else because they are nurses they leave you following in your own filth and the housekeepers end up doing their job not a single doctor visits you and let you know what the plan is for your stay. This is by far the worst hospital in San Diego if I could give it a minus star I would, but especially all the nurses on the sixth floor should all resign and be ashamed of yourselves. There is two exceptions to the staff on the sixth floor being Maria Solorio, which was a housekeeper on the floor not even a Nurse on the floor that was more tentative to all the patients on the floor even if the room wasn’t hers to clean, she was more tentative than the whole staff my hat off to this woman Who was one of the two women who were the only ones who were tentative to me the other one was a nurse at night I didn’t catch your name. She was real young and also very tentative. I wish I knew her name so I can give her props on here. God bless you two and your families. The rest of you should be ashamed of yourself as you too could be in this position one day and I hope you get treated the same You treat your Patients Maybe your whole perspective or outlook on your job would change. I wonder if this hospital even does reviews on their nurses which they should because none of them should have their title.

I love this hospital. over the years, I've always had the best care here. When I was pregnant, I drove from camp Pendleton to be seen here.
I'm always admitted and seen by a dr fairly quickly here.
This morning I was there, after being rejected at 2 urgent cares for a tooth infection due to insurance, I was in the back room within 10 min, the dr came 5 min later and I was in and out in 40-50 minutes.

In the past when I was admitted for a few days due to my pregnancy, I had the best care by the nurse !

Not good my wife made it out of there but we will never go back
We were traveling threw national city my wife had stomach issues end up calling 911 The ambulance driver recommended the hospital. They took her to Is paradise valley hospital Into the emergency I went in to sign in They told me they would let me in as soon as she had a room My wife struggles with communication , I told him that I told them I needed to be back there.They told me just a minute when she gets a room She got a room and they wouldn't let me back there The information that she gave him wasn't quite right So after they did let me in about an hour later I was able to clear up. Is keeping you from a loved one in the emergency Just.
Doesn't seem right.
The place is pretty old hospital. I would not recommended and the staff.
We're not that friendly. However, my wife did get a good nurse.

From the moment I walked in as a patient, every employee, from Admitting Dept., to Same Day Surgery Staff, Lizzete, Sue, Anna, were incredibly cordial and professional... Anesthesiologist came to bedside in a friendly and competent approach. I was escorted out in a very polite and kind manner. Great Customer Service...
