I honestly don’t know how this restaurant has four stars. Had to re roll out the crust for my
Kids mini murph because there wasn’t enough area to make a pizza and was hardly
Given any toppings. On our large the pizza was smaller than the tray by quite a bit and all toppings piled in the center. I ordered through the website and wish I had paid attention to where the pizza was coming from. I’d rather drive to thurston.

Many of our friends love Papa Murphys, so I thought we should try it. I downloaded the app and placed my order. I requested a 12:30pm pickup time. I arrived at 12:15 p.m., and my pizza was ready for me to grab and go. The young lady at the counter was cheerful and polite and directed me to the "paid in the app" pick-up rack.
We had the large garlic chicken and a garlic chicken calzone. We followed
the baking instructions on the items. It was DELICIOUS, absolutely yummy! I took pictures for my Google Contributions review, and we were so delighted with our dinner that we were already planning to go back. Thank you to the team that made our pizza so delicious. A special shout-out to the Mckenzie Willamette Medical Center, Materials Management team, for the great recommendations.

I use to love ordering papa Murphys. Now their family size stuffed pizza is a large and not a family size. A when we tried to talk to them about it and even show them that it's a large and not a family size they wanted to argue. I don't like ordering anymore

Not only did it take 20 minutes longer than expected they also made the pizza wrong. They put onions when the receipt clearly says no onion and unfortunately onions taint the flavor of the entire pizza.

We showed up at 11:03 and ordered our pizza and a calzone. We were told it would be 15-20 minutes. I sat there for 40 minutes. Got home and made the items. Had to go back due to the calzone being incorrect. Got nothing but attitude from the " shift supervisor" I would think if you have a customer in store waiting that you would do their Pizza first especially when they show up at opening time!

Everything was almost perfect except the toppings were not evenly distributed, mostly in the center of the pizza and thr crust in the center wasn't completely cooked.

This location has a serious issue. 5-7 people working, they refuse to acknowledge people when they walk in, don’t communicate with customers and have 0 care to help the customer. After sitting there for 5 min after I’m supposed to pick my order up, the guy finally asks my name. Looks around, checks some receipts, then heads to the drive through window. Says nothing to me, stands around some more, then goes on break. 10 min later I walk up assuming they are working on my one pizza and breadsticks. The next guy looks, checks the back, then starts to go through receipts and I tell him they can cancel my order if they haven’t started something that’s supposed to be done 15 min prior. They have grab someone out of the back who pushes buttons on the computer and says it will take a day or two. I ask for a receipt but only get one stating I made a purchase. So apparently this person can’t do the return and they are waiting on the guy who is the manager on break to do this? Best part he’s the first inconsiderate person I talked to. After multiple issues at this same place, I will be done.
