Wish I could give 1/2 a star. Loved my doctor, she listened to me and made me feel like I was actually involved in my healthcare. Then she left. Now I’m twisting in the wind trying to navigate through getting a more detailed mammogram. Currently I’m sitting in the radiology office waiting for the correct orders to be faxed over… second time I’ve had to deal with this. The office for Palomar/Graybill is a dumpster fire. And don’t bother calling; they use a call center and no one ever gets back to you. Avoid at all costs!!! Horrible.

Unfortunately, after Dr Ely left I also have to leave. The two women doctors there were forced to take his patients and as a consequence, they don’t care or listen to you and your needs. I’m 68 years old, by now I know what I need and what works for me. They had a cyber attack and I got my identity stolen. They didn’t care whatsoever. To get an appointment, it’s a nightmare. The doctors left are about control and going home or staying home and don’t care at all about the patient and the patient needs. They have absolutely zero compassion. It’s all business! To get a referral it takes forever. It’s unacceptable! I hope this review helps someone look for different care. If your experience has been better than mine I’m so glad! However, no exaggeration here, this has been my experience since Dr Ely left! Blessings!

Very clean and friendly staff, love my Doc Karen Muchowski MD super awesome Love the TV with volume LOL most places won't have any volume and sometimes with a TV off. Definitely recommend and hope they can tighten up their keeping appointments on time.

Save yourself the disappointment and do not go here. I recently aqcuired new insurance and was desperate to find a pediatric doctor accepting new patients to get my baby in for a 4 month well baby. After a few calls back and forth, I was able to make the appointment 3 weeks out which is pretty normal. They said they would call with details the day before. The appointment date came and I had never received a call. I checked my voicemail to be sure. I thought maybe they were busy or forgot since my appointment was on a Monday and they would have had to call me on Friday. Well we headed over early and got to the address listed on Google only to find out after some time searching that they moved offices. The people at the old address gave us a sheet of paper with an address and a map. I typed in the new address and saw it was 10 minutes away. I started to call the office to let them know what was happening and was waiting for someone to pick up. The address on the sheet was incorrect as we ended up in residential houses. I took a look at the map and saw the cross streets were down the road and headed there. We finally got to the office about 2 min after my appointment start time (nobody ever answered the phone) and talked to the receptionist. I let her know what had happened and she went to the back to talk to the doctor. She came back and said that the doctor was refusing to see us because we were late.
I explained again what had happened and she simply stated that the office called me on Friday with the correct address and that I should have been on time. I let her know that I didn't receive any calls. She looked up my appointment information and repeated my cell phone number and asked me if it was the correct number. It was not! The last digit was one number off. Hence why I didn't receive a call. She went back to tell the doctor and again the doctor refused to see us. They said they could reschedule us but I was not going to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment with such a disorganized and unprofessional practice.

This place is a nightmare. You can't get prescriptions filled, you can't make appointments by phone. And the people who take your calls just don't care, and act as though your bothering them. My pharmacy can't get my prescriptions either. Does anybody do their job here? If your a patient you just don't exist. I wish my Doctor worked at a better facility.

I had one appointment with Dr. Carla Soler, and while I found her to be a great doctor, the office management is a nightmare. Their phone system has been down for months. I needed a prescription updated with the pharmacy, and despite multiple attempts from the pharmacy to contact them, I kept getting a message that their system was down and to come into the office for any concerns.

Frustrated, I went to the office only to find out they had moved locations. I then had to go to the new office to request the prescription update. Despite this, the prescription was still not sent, and I had to make another trip. I don't live close, so this was a major inconvenience. While my situation wasn't life-threatening, I worry about older patients who may live alone and rely on timely medication.

This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. When I complained in the office, they showed no concern at all. Needless to say, I have changed my primary care provider.

Temecula office has zero regard for patient care. It’s like a factory to get your $ with little effort as possible. They refused to allow me to schedule in person office visit with my established dr after saying there are multiple same day available. I had to call them when my appointment time came and went. said running an hour late. I waited for another hour in virtual wait room to finally call them and learn the dr had moved on after 5 minutes of sending the link. Beware the virtual wait room just keeps you there unaware that the dr moved on. Because of these poor practices (since Palomar took over) at this medical group i’m leaving a good doctor. Good luck!

Calling this place is a nightmare. Not to mention the location on google is not up to date and when I told the people they said they can’t change google. Update the locations if you moved. The doctors are nice and so are the people. But it’s 2024 editing the location so ppl don’t go to the wrong place is so simple… and fixing your phone systems is really not that hard. At least make there a voice mail box, somewhere to email, text? Anything
