If I can I'd give this place 0 stars everyone who works here is rude. The way they talk to people is ridiculous, ask a simple question and they get offended & irritated . This place is supposed to help those who are in need. They let ppl they know cut the line . Ridiculous I'll be complaining everyday . New staff please .

I went waited three hours I wouldn’t have minded but we got discriminated by some stuff humiliated they even began to talk bad things of my one year old baby the service was extremely bad and it shouldn’t have been like that due to it being a community help but it wasn’t like that they have favoritism and give more to some then others really unacceptable

Horrible I tried to go here today to get help this was my first time there is no organization at all I walked up and the security guard was rude I told her I needed help with food my first time here she said stand by the pole so I did I stood there for over an hour and watched her help other people that were not Hispanic go out of her way go in and get someone to answer their questions so I asked her again is anyone going to help me what do I need to do she said you have to wait well almost 2 hours in the sun and not one person from Inside came out and said one word I couldn’t stay in line anymore I left there is no one to tell you what to do there is no one that comes out and even acknowledges that your there or what your even there for I really needed the help but 2 hours of being ignored wasn’t worth it

They give good food. However the people that come to get it fight about who's in line first. I have seen stupid arguments and it's absolutely ridiculous. I hope SAVES employee resolve all the fighting.

I was there for community service and I worked hard for 3 days just to get kicked out for having my phone in my pocket. Do not go there for community serive, kathy will send u back to court for no reason. She rude and picked on me all day. Also they dont work from the heart they work cz they're pressured to work and you'll never get a thank you.

To my understanding when you help people it should be a passion of yours and not an obligation. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Kathy very very rude from the time she picked up the phone. Before she finished answering my question she hung up without allowing me to say thank you for the information.
I normally don't refer people to places unless I've been there but I heard good things about this place that i have referred a few people there but now after the rude way I was handled on the phone I'm not sure when people are hurting and in need they already have enough to deal with then a bad a.ttitude.
Maybe they might have been having a bad day we all have those so i wont count them completely out before I go there but that experience upset me so to know that people who need help might get talked to this way
