This hospital is a complete mess. There is no patient privacy, security, or empathy. My boyfriend who accompanied me to take care of my grandmother in the ER from 2 AM-7 AM has been to Africa to help AIDS patients said he has never seen anything worse than this emergency room hospital and I agree. There was blood on the walls and floor, patients in the hallway under the bright fluorescent lights moaning and groaning. Violent attacks, cussing, coughing, and shivering in the same room as my grandmother, and nothing was done for her safety. The staff promised a COVID test, a pillow, and a room but none of these requests were fulfilled. I have never been lied to in a medical setting this way. I went to request a transfer because they were not providing any service, they walked away from me as if I did not exist. The man who swept looked like he wanted to throw a punch as he swept bloody swabs at our feet and onto my grandma's slippers and belongings on the ground not allowing us a spare moment to get out of his way. I have never been treated like trash this way. The dignity of patients is stripped away at the jump. This room is over 80 degrees and completely unsanitary. This place is a disgrace to our health care system. I can't believe the building is falling apart and they are accepting patients this way. A nurse told my mother that they are being investigated by the building and safety department for unsafe conditions so they don't have many rooms to offer. So don't accept patients! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. My grandma stayed for two nights with drunks, drug addicts, and Covid patients. I am certain she will get COVID-19 because ill patients were not told to wear a mask. The racism is so loud and in your face, this is completely unacceptable! They wouldn't let me take her home because they wanted to continue charging the insurance for her care. They don't see people as human, just as dollar signs. It's disgusting, like fine! Keep charging them if you want but give me my grandma back. This is just a place for sick people to be in a room with even sicker people and walk out will a million other respiratory diseases. Unbelievable!

My dad had a seizure it was really bad and we bought my dad his service dog these nurses denied us. I don't recommend Pacifica hospital in the valley. I would recommend Kaiser Permanente. At least they will listen to you and not pretend that you're stupid. They make me so mad where I am writing this complaint and review. Let everyone know not to come here

Believe the reviews. It's the most disgusting facility I've ever seen. Equipment isn't cleaned between patients, there was what looked to be human feces smeared on the bathroom wall, and there were bedbugs infesting the lobby. Which, you are treated in the lobby and have to go back and forth between it and a triage room. My final straw was when the phlebotemist drew blood from someone in the lobby inches from the bare feet of a sleeping,half naked tweaker... This place needs to be shut down.

My son had an accident when he was barely 18 months old. I was new to the area and unfamiliar with our local hospitals. I chose the closest one obviously called the E.R to let them know I was on the way withy son. They saw him right away and even tho they don't have a pediatric care unit they gave him care and also gave him an MRI to be sure. They kept me calm and attended to him like he was there own. My son is 3 now but I highly recommend going here in emergencies. Not sure how the actual staff is tho outside the E.R

Amazing staff, attentive, caring and very professional personnel. The only bad thing is that it needs a remodeling. An Emergency remodeling. Is unsanitary, really dirty old place for a hospital. Very small hospital, it only has so much space for patients and Doctors to have their own space. I suggest for the community to come together and city council to get together to remodel this hospital. It is very necessary. The rooms are super small, no central AC. In general really old hospital. Hope this and other reviews help remodel this hospital ASAP for the Drs and patients sake.

By far the worst hospital I’ve ever been to. The waiting room had 7 random mixed matched chairs, no to and sooo dirty. Beyond that, they failed to even treat me for my kidney infection, they literally had me sit in a chair, being very sick while the have me a Iv. The lady that does the cat scans and x-rays literally yelled at me when I asked her a question….. literally. Please go ANYWHERE ELSE. Even ifs a extra drive.
Also byt, the staff takes WAY more interest chatting it up and giggling with each other than doing there job

Not the cleanest place to be in. My boyfriend was there for a week and only saw the doctor once. When it was time for my boyfriend’s hearing, the doctor said he’s severely disabled. He’s not disabled, just depressed. Huge difference. Nurse Kari was much better! The whole place just needs good clean up and better doctors.

They treated me for my asthma but this hospital needs to be remodeled or under new management.old,dirty ,old equipment.
