Been going for one year. I shut off my brain for one hour and get coached through a workout. It takes away the mental stress of working out and planning what you’re gonna do for the day. It’s been a good supplement to weight lifting. I have noticed that my running has improved over time.

Excellent coaches. The front desk staff always make me feel welcome and call me by name. They don’t tolerate tardiness, no exceptions, so keep that in mind or you’ll be super disappointed. I’ve gone to about 200 classes and have never been stronger. I truly look forward to my daily workout. Thank you orange theory EDH!

Almost one year in and I have really been enjoying myself! Between having options for full body workouts and strength training, the challenges and benchmarks that push me to get better each time, and the coaches who keep me motivated while having a good (and safe) time, Orangetheory has all that I need in a gym and has been an important part with getting me back into shape and my overall fitness journey. Excited with the progress I’ve made and can’t wait for the road ahead!

Great place and has the latest treads unlike other studios which don't update.

Folsom I believe has the old treads
Fair oaks has old treads
Midtown has old treads
Roseville ha new treads
Rocklin has old treads
Wish OTF as a whole would be more homogenous but currently there's a lot of variation between the studios
Don't be like 24 fit which hangs onto equipment for as long as possible

I decided to join my friend for a class here since she had been attending and had good things to say. I signed up for my first class free. The studio texted me a couple of times to make sure to arrive 30 minutes in advance to sign some waivers and get checked in. I hit traffic on my way but still arrived with 20 minutes before class (class started at 5:15 and I arrived at 4:55 on the dot). NOWHERE did it say I would lose my spot if I arrived later than this 30 minute window. The girl at the front desk was incredibly rude and inflexible, saying she needed 15 minutes at least to tour me the room (?) and more time for paperwork, and she literally turned me away. My friend, who arrived later after I had been turned away, even commented to express her disappointment and the attendant showed zero sympathy or courtesy. I understand if there’s a policy but as I mentioned this was not stated anywhere. The OTF official late policy per their website is 5 minutes after the start of class, which makes sense. I will not be giving this place my time or money.

Great staff, coaches and high quality workout! Cynthia explained everything and was incredibly helpful in getting me started. Erica was the perfect first trainer as I completed my first OTF class. Super hype and encouraging. It was an incredible workout, don't be intimidated newbies, it's easy to catch on and a whole lot of fun!

Very disappointing customer service. I signed up for a class late last night and drove 30 mins from Placerville for a 4:45am class. Online said to come at 4:15am, but my friend who I was meeting for the class told me to come at 4:30am. I assumed she knew what she was talking about since she was a member, I showed up right at 4:30am and was turned away since I did not arrive at 4:15am.

As a small business owner myself, I understand that variables happen in life and in business, this was a terrible first impression from Orange Theory with absolutely no understanding and flexibility for a customer who was wanting to become a new member. I see in the reviews I am not the only one with this experience. I hope the business owners look into this.
