Greetings to All who may have to endure the annual cost adjustments process at this 1928 South Grand Location, which I saw on Google Reviews has 3 Stars , However I just happen to handle my Business at this location on Sept. 19,2024, it was quiet busy and huge thank you for workers like Ms. Layal and Ms. Grace and Ms. Karina ,the gentleman who directed me to these outstanding service workers at the window, being knowable can and will eliminate the funky attitudes that we all have when handling our Businesses and no-Stress nor Misinformation which happens due to the fact some workers follow one hat fits all issues. which causes grungy and stressful moments ,which we all experience, when dealing with those attitudes who need a job but Don't want the responsibilities that come with that job, so may I suggest that when job hunting ask yourself do you genuinely want the responsibilities that come with it that Job and remember want and need are different doors , in closing those workers that I genuinely congratulated earned a 10 Star review from this mature Gentleman, Thank You, Thank You !!

I was called about my EBT card application. I spoke to someone named Jerry who conducted the worst customer service experience I have yet to experience over the phone. She hung up on me twice annd second time when I ansked to speak to her supervisor she hung up again. I also asked her to send me an email of the documents I might need and she told me to google it. I called back SEVERAL times till my calls no longer went through. I will be in the office in person sometime this week to speak with who every is in charge at this office.

So it all depends how you go at this if you go randomly yes your experience will be very unpleasant but if you plan it right like early in the morning which I recommend it will be fast and efficient forget trying to call thru the phone I would give up on that idea if I was you just take the time to go in person and plan ahead to be early just like the dmv first come first serve stray away from my idea and find your self in the one star category like the rest listen and you might find out my idea was useful just saying I been going here for years experience speaks for it self only reason I give it four stars not five is because you might just find yourself in a roomful of losers never the less if you really do need the help your not gonna be one of them your gonna be the real reason why this place exist

I’ve been trying to call Orange County Social Service all morning and the answering services says they are closed for the holiday… there is no holiday today. I called San Diego to see if they were closed for some mystery holiday, but they answered immediately and said they had no idea why the recording for Orange County says that. WT*

The staff it's really mean, the lady who was "helping me " hung up the phone. She was really unprofessional. She yelling me at when I was asking a question. I was explaining the situation and she can't help me.. and she get mad for no reason. I was going to give the number of the case and she hung up the phone.

The worst telephone service and system. OMG to even get someone it’s like they purposely made it so no one will answer and no will call you back. Please fix that issue as you can see by many reviews it happens to many people. It doesn’t matter what time you call either.
