Always a good heart filled time to volunteer cooking or baking for the Ronald House in OC. In a few hours you can leave feeling great knowing you cooked cleaned and served a meal to those that have to call ronal house home away from home to be near someone at CHOC.

I can't say enough great things about RMHC of Orange County. They provided so much help for my family when my son fell ill. They provided help with basic living necessities and food and so much more. I really appreciate all the donors and families who support this amazing charity. When my family was hit hardest RMHC was there to help pick up the pieces and without their love and support I don't know if son would still be here today.

Love the people here. They are a blessing to the ones in need. I had the best experience here, I was passing through some rough months and they made the load feel less. Love you guys all. God's way of taking care of us, through them.

My granddaughter was born with heart and lung issues 10 years ago. This place helped her mother and father by providing a close residence to CHOC, so they didn't have to drive from LA County everday, Our family is forever grateful for their support services, and we try to donate or volunteer every year.

I can't even begin to say how amazing this place is.. I never knew what it was until I had to stay there and learned firsthand what it's all about.. Unbelievable what a Godsend this place was after my son was born with Spina Bifida (undetected during pregnancy so it was a surprise after we had him).. It was an emotional and traumatic time and I sat in the NICU all day with my son but at the time CHOC hospital didn't have their family friendly NICU open and it wasn't an option really to stay the night. Luckily Ronald House has a shuttle that runs 24/7 from the hospital to the house so when I was ready to get some sleep this was an option. There were gifts sometimes left at my door, an Easter basket... always food in the fridge and meals being prepared.. I'm forever greatful for all the volunteers and charities that contribute to make it all available to people in need. I still don't have the words to express how much the people who work there impacted my and all the generous gifts.. handmade items for my baby, crochet blankets, beanies, bins, wooden car, water bottles, books... a beautiful box with a velour blanket, slippers and lavender lotion for myself wrapped in beautiful ribbon.... I can go on and on... ?

I had the pleasure of inspecting Ronald McDonald House in Orange last night as part of the Orange Business Chamber. What an inspiring, beautiful facility! Congratulations to everyone who has worked so hard to get it up and running, and to all the generous volunteers and businesses who have given their time and resources to this wonderful project.
