I love it when they have the train rides. My son was 3 when he first went on it and he loved it. We tired to go last weekend but the line was very long. It doesn’t cost anything but they do accept donations.

My toddler loves trains. We always get there early so the wait isn’t that long. Love it every month, however Halloween is probably the favorite ☺️

I've driven by numerous times and never realized this was here. The small-dirt road entrance is right across the street from Estancia High School. I highly recommend coming during free-ride weekend(third weekend of every month). Our kids enjoyed the ride. 3x as long & a few mphs faster than the Irvine Regional park train ride. Little ones will have to be at least 31" tall & able to walk/stand on their own (house rules).

We arrived around 1:20pm and surprisingly no wait whatsoever.

Weather permitting, we'll be back next month or after. Good times. Thank you OCME! 🙏

Always a great time riding on their miniature trains. Be prepared to wait when the lines are long. Each ride is less than 10 minutes, and they have multiple trains going at the same time, so max wait time is like 15 mins.

Great outing for kids! Every third weekend is free to ride the trains! They were running about 5 trains, with 4-5 passenger cars each train. Each passenger car held 3-5 people depending on size of the party. The train did two laps with each lap running about 5 min.

Must meet a height to get on the train and no lap child's allowed on the train. There is also plenty of parking and restroom facilities. There is a little shop selling some toys and refreshments and a canopy setup to sell some grilled food. There are volunteer societies setup for kids to play with toys trains too. Not much shade on the train route so bring some sun cover, sun glasses and sunscreen!

Riding the mini trains was such a special experience for me. Our engineer was my friend's stepdad. The club offers rides to the public the 3rd weekend of every month. Great fun for kids (and inner kids).

We’re are incredibly grateful to find this magical place because my 8 year old son is a railfan. Run entirely by volunteers who are very passionate and committed. Passengers leave with the biggest smiles after a peaceful ride
though Fairview Park. It’s truly a one-of-kind place and we’re happy to support the club through our time and donations. Tip: Be sure your kid is old enough to walk—babies can’t ride the model trains—but you can ask for a parent swap so both parents can go with the same kid, a pretty sweet bonus.
