I called last night at 11 pm which I know is late, but there was a young woman who had all her stuff outside of Pitt Street Brewery and needed a place to go. So I looked up Open Door and called the case manager line. Lady picked up and was not very nice. Said they had no availability and gave no other options of where or how this lady could be helped. I understand it being late and being a tough call to take that late at night, but this lady had no compassion for her job and should not be a part of this process. I ended up using my own money to get the girl a hotel for the night. Lets do better than what this lady did and I hope she sees this. God Bless.

It was a lovely place. But just recently on August 9th. I got into a conversation disagreement with someone else and it left to other residents being involved. I'm currently 7 weeks pregnant. Its my first and I'm already high risk. Its just unfair when you're trying to express how you feel and you end up having to suffer with the others. And then you end up getting threatened by someone that they are going to make you drop your baby early. That's so rude to say.
