My son has been going here since he was 5years old. He is now 8years old. The Excellent kids class is where we started and he just fell in love with it since then. They teach not only mixed martial arts but also foundations of being a responsible, disciplined, kind individual. This community offers growth and awesome holiday events from Mother’s Day/Father’s Day to Halloween and Christmas! Thank you OMA family!

My 10 YR old Son has been attending Karate at One Martial Arts at their Millbrae location now for 3 years. The Teachers and All the Staff are phenomenal!! Both my sons have grown up with One Martial Arts, which is a backbone of the Millbrae community. My oldest learned the art of Kempo Karate there from 2nd through 6th grade, taking away many valuable life skillsets. Both my kids participated in their annual intra-school tournaments to test out their abilities and challenge in them in a safe environment. OMA has been there to *reliably* pick up and transport my kids from elementary school to their after school program. Here, I could have peace of mind in tending to my own full time job, while they were doing enrichment programs and staying active (instead of having screen time at home), until I could pick them up after work and watch their classes. And most importantly all of the staff teaches from their heart. My kids bonded to all the professors and had positive role models to look up to. I thank OMA for an excellent job they do for our community, and appreciate the positive impact they have to all the Millbrae families in which they have served.

This is my favorite martial arts studio. The owner is an amazing man and all the instructors are great as well. My son has been going there for a few years now and I love it.

They have badges for things such as balance, discipline, and respect that the kids can earn and they get stripes on there belts. They even have fun parties. It’s an awesome place.

I am so glad that I enrolled my child in One Martial Arts. The instructors are patient, encouraging and positive. My child has learned a lot under their care. I would highly recommend this One Martial Arts to anyone looking for a great place for their child to learn karate.

My 10-year-old was just not into team sports or other extracurricular activities. We really wanted an activity that would teach him discipline and the importance of working hard and practice, as well as getting exercise. Karate at One Martial Arts has been perfect for him. Classes are a combination of fun and hard work, and the teachers are excellent. We've seen his confidence grow against mean comments at school, too. Can't recommend One Martial Arts enough!
