One Legacy is a great gym to train at. Coach Hector is the head boxing coach and has a lot of experience. From day one all the drills and mitt work were on point. He works on your conditioning, strength, and speed. Adults, teens or kids would benefit from training with Coach Hector. All his life experience makes him an all around great coach.

Just started training here in the boxing program, with Coach Hector. I've learned more with him in a couple weeks than my previous gym which I attended for a year. We've worked on strengthening my basics and working on new things as well. Coach Hector has a lot of understanding of boxing and dedicates his time to make you the best fighter you can be. Look forward for what's to come!

Took my son in for boxing with Coach Hector, first day my son was like this is the Coach/Gym for me. Coach Hector was super attentive with him, he has so much knowledge of boxing and not only works on his strengths but works on his weaknesses. He's a super humble Coach and honestly wants the best for you or you kid. We are excited for 2025 working with Coach Hector and watching the growth in my son.

This is one of the best boxing places that my daughter has went to yet! I love the way they all train her, support her, and inspire her. My daughter and me recommend coach Hector, he’s great with the kids there, he was my daughters first coach there and she had a lot of fun and she got taught good thing on how to protect herself. All the coaches there are great they teach the kids how to defend themselves. My daughter’s posture and boxing skills have been improving since she started with coach Hector.

One legacy training center is the best gym in the WORLD! Especially if you are an active competitor this gym is for you! Coach Hector is an amazing boxing coach, He customizes each and every one your session to exactly what you need. He is very professional/respectful to everyone of his students. He spends so much making our boxing environment a place where everyone is happy and joyful to be.

Very welcoming atmosphere, more like a family rather than commercial gym. All the coaches are great and deeply care and supportive of all their students/ athletes. Hector is the main boxing coach who will guide you to success and push you past the limits you believe you have. He is very much professional yet friendly. He is willing to go the extra mile to help you succeed!

One Legacy is the best training center! All of the coaches are great. They are knowledgeable and patient and can work with students at all levels. I highly recommend training with boxing coaches Hector and Jorge. They are very experienced and push you to your limits to improve your skills. Overall, One Legacy is an excellent place to train, whether you are inexperienced or experienced.
