Who do we speak with in regards to employees there speaking to the foster children about other family matters not related to any thing pertaining to those children , what those poor children have already went through has been enough . Is this the type of facility and faculty that runs this establishment.Who can contact me regarding more about these issue? Their is serious explaining needed regarding the employees and what type of clearances they pass to obtain working with children who have suffered based on their own personal gain. Thank you very much

The Victorville office is trash. Social worker never knew the answers to our questions. Poorly trained staff period. The monitors don't do their job and the office doesn't do theirs either. Monitors allowed bio parents to bring the baby outside with no shoes, socks or jacket in the rain. The baby stayed sick because of otr not monitorin properly. Monitors allowed bio parents to tell the foster kids negative things. No recourses were provided when three siblings were dropped off with nothing. Called the county and found out about a clothing allowance. Monitors allowed parents to throw used diapers, used wipes and a shotgun shell in the diaper bag that I always dropped off at visitation . I reported it to them and nothing was done. Took them several months to provide me with the kids insurance cards but they blamed us for not making it to the doctor on time. The head of the Victorville office tried to say, I couldn't drink a beer in my locked garage, where kids aren't allowed and werent home. They claimed i was smoking in my home but my social worker and county never smelled anything. I never smoke in my home because that's foul period. To get rid of us, they released a false report full of lies. The employees are in it for the money and nothing more.
