I was scheduled to have an event at this place on June 8th, of 2024. I called the lady to pay my balance in February, and the numbers have been changed and now I am out of my deposit and I had to find another venue and change my date due to poor management. If anyone know how to get in touch with anyo e at this facility please respond to this post thank you in advance.

I would normally not review things but for this ill make an exception for this occasion, If I could I would put 0 stars. My family and I were initially going to host my 18th birthday party and graduation party here at this establishment back in May of this year. This place has TERRIBLE management and is unprofessional. We went to book the place on march 30th we visited the site and saw that it was small and private just what we wanted the price was also reasonable so we decided to place our deposit then in order to secure for our date which was May 14th. We went over rules that included having to be out by 12am on the dot, not being able to come in and decorate only two hours beforehand, and other minor rules, we went forth with this believing that this would be an honorable contract. My family and I spent April and some of may preparing for my event finding catering, entertainment, inviting guest, getting permits, buying food/drinks and preparing for things to go well. On May 11th we receive a check with the deposit amount, stating "refund" confused I called the lady in charge of the place Earline I believe her name was and asked for an explanation, she herself didn't know what was going on at that point. After many calls back and forth we found out that a family had booked the venue for a day prior (a funeral) but decided to host it on May 14th... she told ME that she would have it all resolved by Thursday (May 12th). We call her in the afternoon on May 12th and she tells us she isn't sure what to do because of the scheduling conflict she states that she is trying to relocate us to another venue. With two days notice no place is going to have room available we struggled finding a venue almost a month out I imagine two days out would be impossible. After some back and forth she stated that the best she could do for us is let us come in at 6pm, she told us that she could even let us leave later than 12am, which she told us in march was a big no no. Well since she told us she would try and work on it and would call us back the morning of May 13th, after not receiving any call back or confirmation My family and I started calling back people we invited from out of town, the catering, entertainment, and all together canceling A DAY before my graduation day. Ultimately my parents lost deposits made, and we had a lot of drinks and food that were not used. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else and I ultimately blame management, there is a contract signed by both sides for a reason. Do better.

The building is nice for holding a event. Management is very unprofessional. I rented the building over two months ago. I still have not received my deposit back. I continue to get the run around and no return phone calls. So please be prepared not to receive your deposit in a timely manner.

Nice, just the A/C was too cold. Nice size for a party and well maintained. Didn't use Restrooms so I'm not sure about them.

I can honestly say that this experience was one of the worst business experiences I’ve had.I had planned an very special 18th birthday/high school graduation party for my daughter in June 2022. I reserved the place in March 2022 (an entire 3 months ahead of time because I wanted things to be PERFECT for this special event) I completed all the necessary paperwork and made my deposit to an older lady that was located on the site. The date and time was all set..also set was the time that my decorators,caterers and DJ could gain access to the building 3 hours prior to the party for setup.Long story short, the day before the party, I attempted to contact this lady via the phone number she had supplied me with..the calls instantaneously went to voicemail..message after message was left..no response!The day of the actual party, calls and messages were made..still no response!Then came the actual time the party was set to begin..this lady was unreachable!The caterers,decorators,DJ and even my guests from as far as Florida were outside of the building waiting for a party but could not gain access to the building!I was completely horrified AND humiliated!My Child’s party was RUINED.The party was to begin at 5 but ended up beginning a whole hour and some minutes later when someone was finally contacted and was able to open the building!A complete waste of my money and time!Sure..I got a sorry apology but my PARTY WAS RUINED!To add insult to injury, for 2 months I called about my deposit and was given excuses.I finally received my $50 deposit over 2 months later
