I have seen many of the providers here and they are all wonderful both in their profession and in their bedside manner. I do feel the need to shout out Courtney NP. She takes the time to sit down, listen to your complaints, takes what you say seriously, does a thorough exam, and never makes the appointment feel rushed. She’s been helping me manage my depression and she brought me from my absolute lowest point to a very stable place. She saved my life and I don’t say that lightly!

Caitlyn is the best❤️ She is very knowledgeable and she treats all of my health problems and treats me with respect. I will see her as long as she is here. I have always felt comfortable when I need to visit her.. Easy to talk to.

If you’re looking for primary care provider who will listen and engage (Courtney Samuels) is the best. She’s not only my provider but also my young adult childrens. We all love her!!! The staff always treats me with kindness and respect. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Allison Beavers is absolutely in the right career! An advocate for her patients, professional, kind, gentle spirit, calm
demeanor. She doesn't push medications on me, she leaves me feeling both seen and heard, never judges my journey, and overall has the absolute best personality! I am always in and out and from check in to check out I am treated kindly and respectfully. I would HIGHLY recommend this office and particularly Allison Beavers to any and everyone!!!

SO FRUSTRATED & APPAULED
It's more than a little frustrating that the only reason I had an appointment in the 1st place was because Ms. Conroy refused to refill a prescription for omeprazole (heartburn meds, c'mon, really!?) Without seeing me first. I don't have a vehicle at the moment so the round trip fare cost me $40+ just for her to refuse to see me because I was a couple minutes late!! I explained it was completely out of my control and that the only reason I was here was because she wanted me to be and now I can't get my meds because she won't see me and they need a prior authorization at the pharmacy to be approved and filled! Annoyed yet 🙄

Ohh and it's now 45 minutes after my initial appt time and I'm still here waiting for my taxi what a waste of money and time

I have been going to the Havens group for a while, and I’ve never had any complaints. When my previous Dr. left the practice, I begin seeing ALLISON BEAVERS NP. I cannot say enough to relay how wonderful she is!! She is not only extremely knowledgeably, she is also kind, and compassionate. I can truly say, every visit I’ve had, she has gone above and beyond. She listens wholeheartedly, eases my concerns, and walks me through the plan of treatment.

I have been trying to get a prescription transferred from Kroger to Express Scripts for over 5 weeks by the request of my insurance company. I have made 5 phone calls to the office and several to Express Scripts with no luck. Many hours on the phone being in hold and listening to recordings. Express Scripts has faxed requests to the office. The office even called me 3 weeks ago to tell me that it was taken care of. I am not sure how to get results. I have always had such good service at this office. Very frustrated.

Ive been a patient here for years and over the years the Dr seeing me has been fired and ive had several quit! As of now i was only being seen by a NP because i was told none of the Drs are accepting new patients. This place is a joke do yourself a favor and find a better health care provider woth a staff that actually cares about the patients! Front desk staff are rude! Hold times are ridiculous! Rushed through appointment not a thorough check up! Calls are not returned without making several attempts and leaving messages! Refills are a nightmare! The lab is a chaotic mess The Dr will order bloodwork you are unaware of! I'm sure I could say more but I think I have made my point!
