In this day and age of high inflation, record high gasoline, grocery, propane, electricity prices, North Coast Energy Services Inc is like a life saving rescue Helicopter lifting Families off the cliff of financial disaster. Late in 2022 my Wife of 46 years was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. After an emergency total hysterotomy she faced a half a year of chemotherapy and at the same time of her diagnoses our package unit propane gas/ air conditioner quit working. My Wife needed to be in a warm house to avoid any additional illnesses during chemotherapy. A friend told me about North Coast Energy Services Inc and at first, I couldn't believe a service to help low income Senior Citizens living on only Social Security Retirement existed. I was wrong, I called North Coast Energy Services Inc and they helped me with the application and shortly thereafter they sent out a professional to inspect our old heater/AC package unit. He found that it was beyond repair and it needed to be replaced. We had little to no excess savings and he told us that they would remove the old unit, install the new unit at no cost to us. With temperatures in the 20s plus snow this last winter that new heater latterly saved our lives. North Coast Energy Services Inc also helped with our $400 propane bill and our electric bill. So, if you need help like we did call them and fill out an application because it just might help change your life for the better.

I have family in Northern CA who were struggling during the past months.
I did a little research and found this organization. I referred them North Coast to get them connected with the services they needed. I could not be more pleased with the excellent service and helpfulness of the staff there. Even helped them work through the necessary paperwork. These are really good people who care, and I so thankful they were able to help them out. Keep up the great work. !!! Whole heartedly recommend a minimum speaking with them. Keep up the great work.

Anyone who tells you that you can't expect government assistance to be there for you in hard times or emergencies simply hasn't dealt with NCES. I don't know how other counties administer their LIHEAP aid, but we're extremely fortunate here in Mendocino County to have such an efficient and effective operation making a huge impact in people's lives. I'm eternally grateful for their caring staff, their services and the aid we received at a critical time. What a wonderful organization!

After many unsuccessful attempts of trying to reach my respective office in Sonoma County, I decided to call the office in UKIAH, hoping they would be able to help me, just by even answering the phone. The call was answered almost immediately the help that I received was awesome. Alyssa went above and beyond to the point of attempting to contact the Santa Rosa office failing to do so sent out a bulk email to everyone in that office with my contact information. I wish I lived in Ukiah.....

Came in with my kids to get help with an application. Receptionist was drunk and slurring his words at 9 in the morning. Walked out disgusted.
