Nice place. Has big parking lot and is adjacent to a path that leads to a beautiful view of the newport beach balboa peninsula back bay. Can walk over a mile along a Cliffside waterfront overlooking all of Ocean and south Orange county with lots of airplanes landing and taking off just north of path.
