Went here to look at places and to put an application in and everything were just cluster it was an apartment available in Lexington all my information were correct and I made enough money and met all the qualifications to get the place the lady called me back just to tell me I didn't qualify because of rental history remind you I'm a first time home renter so I never had any evictions nor bad rental history I caught the lady in a lie she told me she would call me back to recheck her info but never did had to wait till Monday and when I did she was literally in court handling God knows what so I waited a few more hours just to be told I've got mixed up with somebody else paper work then I still got denied because the owner for that property gave it to somebody elese remind you I was the first to put an application in for that place and when I did the place was literally closing so it's like whe has time to do an app behind me to get chosen for the place 🤦 never again these people cherry pick who they want to have a place wouldn't recommend

Honestly best realty company by far I’ve been to. In this day and time, it’s hard to be approved for anything for rent because of the unrealistic expectations. But new beginnings realty were just that, new beginnings for us. And they were quick to work with. I couldn’t be more grateful honestly. Thank y’all so much.

Recently got all new flooring put in through the house. We had really bad holes going through out the whole house. It now looks amazing and was done in a really great time. No issues at all. Great communication, hard-working and very polite!

If I could give them no stars I would. We have had nothing but problems with this company since the property we lived in was sold and the new owner used them. If you want to rent from a slumlord and your property management company do nothing to defend you then you will love them. If you try to argue the laws of property management they never seem to have an answer for you. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.

A huge tree fell on my house during Hurricane Michael. I had to move out for the repairs. I contacted New Beginnings about one of their rentals and secured a temporary place to move in less than 24 hours. Very prompt and courteous.

Had to cancel my lease , all they care about is gaining as much money as they can while neglecting things that clearly need updated . Don't call anyone if you need something fixed either I wouldn't hold my breathe . Honestly just don't waste your money listen to me cause this place is not it

Pyramid builders do awnsome work and are considered, and gets what they come to do they took alot of stress off of me and my family with their repairs done right .it makes me love my house that I rent even more . before the repair was done I thought we would have to move but Andy and his crew done the repairs without us having to do anything but just be patient and stay out of their way thank you much Lisa mccall
