Very happy with the service I received at Neighborhood Healthcare. I had the pleasure of being helped by Dr. Dorr and she was fantastic. I had many questions and concerns as I had not been for a check-up in quite a few years and she addressed all my needs. I did not feel rushed or pressured in the slightest which was great. I look forward to seeing Dr. Dorr again soon and going back to Neighborhood Healthcare for my upcoming appointments. Side note, my appointment was at 1:00pm, and I was called into the back right on time. Very impressed!

Horrible. Yes that is my first word on here. The nurses are amazing the staff is over all very nice. Now that doctor Laura, is the bad person here. She denied my FMLA leave mind you I was working is sanitation services. CHEMICALS. I even went homeless and every visit she kept asking what was my job. She doesn’t even bother to remember her patients let alone actually care for them. She even tried getting me on insulin when I did not even need it. She tried giving me every diabetic “medicine” in the book. My glucose were never that high. But maybe she was. Very rude when you try talking to her she will just talk over you so please don’t waste your breath. I do not recommend this “doctor” to any pregnant momma especially the new moms to be. Please avoid the headaches. I hope I save some from going through what I went through. I denied the 3rd 3 hour glucose test due to being bruised by the pokes from not finding my veins. And because I refused she tried forcing me again to do it or be transferred, glad I transferred instead. BYE. No thank you . Zero stars if I could. Please save yourself and your unborn child.

Doctor Hoffman is simply amazing. In my lifetime going to doctors I have never been treated so amazing. He took his time and explained everything to me (which I have been to many doctors and appointments for this problem and none ever did) he also called me the following day just to simply check up on me and make sure I was doing ok. I am thankful and happy that I found him and moving forward will only be seen by him.

Worst care, My opinion- Your a number and my doctor treated me like a number he didn't have time for.
Had his nurse called and told me if I didn't agree to the meds he prescribed, that I would die and call back in a year. The doctor didn’t have time to call himself, nor cared to? Yep, he doesn't care about his patients, just a number and how many prescriptions he can write? Don't waste your time here.
They don't care about anything but money in my opinion.
I have a new doctor that listens and gave me options.

Urine all over the top of the table and down the front onto the floor. Absolutely gross. And the MA who rolled her eyes at me when I asked politely to sit my stuff down before I weighed on the scale … if you hate your job that much girl… get a new one!
If I could load a video I would have this room! Gross

Dr. Nava-Herberger is amazing! I highly recommend her to anyone/everyone who is in need of this type of care/medical attention. She cares, listens well so you actually feel that you were heard by someone who truly understands and she asks questions about my current situation in life and how I’m feeling, also when I have questions/concerns she always has the ability to calm me, and answer any possible question I have in a way that is clear and easy to understand/relate to.

I used to go to Grace Family HealthCare. But when I saw how Dr. Kasie Dorr take care of my mother health, l myself transfered here. Excellent patients care. Quick response to our needs. I am highly recommend this 👌.
