The Y is exceptional, its clean & well kept. However the staff is....mixed. The woman at the front desk when approach very kindly by my three kids to return a basketball in exchange for getting my keys back. She came off bothered by the approach, and like it was a big ask for her to take the ball and get my keys. The kids asked her about a family center and she was not very nice in her response to that either.

Very rude staff! Push ppl into buying memberships! They don't take "no thank you" very well! I will never let my kids go there EVER AGAIN! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE PLACE!

Next to zero classes. They used to have a few, but they seem to have chased all their instructors away. Most of the gym going adults I know travel to Oshkosh because of the lack of support at the Neenah Y.

Great place to socialize with other members, workout. A lot of programs here. Cost more than the Planet Fitness, Crunches of the word but you get a lot more offerings and a pool and when you add in their extra costs for classes etc it is pretty comparable in price. If you have a family this is the route you should go.

I worked out at this location today for the first time. I really like this one better than All the others I have been to in Wisconsin. They have plenty of machines for you to work out with and the staff what very friendly. I did get lost in this place it’s very huge with a lot of hallways and stairs. I will definitely be coming back here again. I see alot of people complaining about not being g able to wear crocs, but it’s really not safe around weights so that’s understandable.

I felt like a rat in a maze trying to get to all the areas, which made it amusing and the fact that their pool has a diving board is great! They also have a workout area that the kids can use as well! I don't see that anywhere. Definitely would prefer this YMCA over the ones near me.

Looks small on the outside but the place is huge and has plenty of equipment if your looking for a gym.

Neenah Y has everything you might need to have a great workout! I love the place. I go three times a week. I recommend wholeheartedly!
