As nice as they may seem most of these people are not your friends and don’t care about your constitutional rights as individuals parents or the freedoms we have this office of child protective services has been know to twist and change peoples words in they’re records and I highly encourage everyone to request completed Copts of records at most you will find that there are missing documents you’ll never receive because it does prove just what I’m saying to be true and that you where never at fault and misinterpreted speech of yourself and or everyone they have interviewed

In retrospect I think Kimberly longer is the best worker there and she need to be addressed as such and given the opportunity to build a community of workers that understand the biological parents rights to maintain and/or regain the ability’s for parents to parent there child without judgement but instead insight and guidance to a better way.

It is not child protective services job to step on a parents toes and refuse a parent there 14th amendment and it is not a cps Job to deny people there 6th amendment rights to knowing the accuser while accusing someone of felony child, neglect and felony child abuse if a parent is to be charged, and their children are to be removed from a parents house based on hearsay allegations from someone who doesn’t even have a face because they are being protected based on their hearsay allegations that in and of itself is a crime people have the right to know their accuser, regardless of the situation, due to the fact that child protective services doesn’t even understand the concept of what might be possessing someone to make fraudulent calls

Making fraudulent calls is against the law and liable to jail time and a maximum of $1000 fine but it seems nearly impossible to catch anyone and have them charged with this crime due to the protective policies not laws policies in place which protect overall most of the abusive fraudulent assumed calls
