If you’re disabled and have a service dog they won’t even allow you inside. I lost Medicaid and am going without lifesaving medical treatment due to not being able to afford it. I came here with my service dog to talk to somebody about helping me get back Medicaid. They made me sit outside on the steps in the heat and wouldn’t even allow me inside the building which violates ADA. I was treated so disgustingly and inhumanely I left in tears.

This place is full of treasures!! First time visiting & I will definitely return. It is so clean and organized. The people were extremely friendly. I wish I lived closer, it would be a weekly stop for me. I will definitely return when I am in the area.

Wow, what a wonderful organization! Don has just given me a tour of their organization. They help people get back on their feet, providing clothing, employment and food. If you are looking for a place to donate, financially or with products- this is it. Great job MUST Ministries!!

I want to thank the Must ministries shelter for taking care of my son during his stay there . They were very supportive courteous generous and showed him how to be a Christian in times of need when he was at his lowest point in his life. you helped him with shelter food clothing and a warm place to stay until he was able to find a job and a place to move to live. You are really doing Gods work and showing people how Christianity works. I pray that God continue to bless your work in the community. Again Thank you and God Bless ?

Update

Must ministries have moved to place nearby. If you need groceries and you're going north on Cobb parkway, there will be a entrance just after the interstate sign, beyond the BP and K. Right now, it's a boarded sign with paint that says the address. The groceries are in the client services building. You hand them your ID. You fill out a form, they give you a number, then you walk aisles and pick what you like. There are some things you can only get one.

--

You'll find the entrance by the storage company. There's an intersection right across. Turn into that space. The building is beyond the hill. You'll see a sign when you get close to the parking lot, make a right immediately

This place is great. You have a lot of people who want to help. Simply ask about their services. Or, you'll hear them talk about them. You'll get asked about hygiene products, clothing, and today I got asked about blankets. There's an application you have to fill, but when you're through, they'll have a cart full of food. They'll help you take it to your car. There's a limit to how many times you can visit a month, so be aware about that. The food they hand out is okay. You'll find things from rice to pasta to cans and dessert. You can choose between one meat product. But, they don't give out a lot. It's mostly all pantry food.

talk about must; I should've looked more into these reviews i had been chronically homeless within the last couple of years and since the death of my mother I haven't been able to get help from my family or anyone I had knew. i looked this place up out of faith i thought this place had not only good indoor services i had assume their procedure with helping with housing would be smooth for as its on the website they help those whose working efficiently. well that wasn't in my favor apparently working is a issue for them i say to say simply they were going to offer assistance with housing at lease help with the 1st month's rent to any apartment. i came in thinking this place will help the staff is great however the case managers and direct only care about their money and when they leave for the day i had found a place mind you i was working for uber in need of course of help housing someone had told me about a apartment complex nd bottom line the complex lied after my walk through and didn't fix my unit don't forget how disgusting the manager was at this apt complex, i decided to not follow through i called my case worker who claimed she would responded to the issue. in this case they didn't lose any money for the apartment i had thought i would move into this past weekend,. i had 30 days to fully leave and been there for 16 days with possible considerations of an extension to help with further livable housing they apparently didn't approved and told me to figure it out and i had to leave this Friday which is two weeks from me having a unit. i found this place from someone who move and also had a issue with the complex and the unit i would've had carried mold and other issue i did appoint yet no one really made an attempt to talk seems to the property manager instead they believed over a video that i didn't comply or gave a chance for the unit to be fixed. what shelter doesn't help those helping themselves and wants them on the street. please share this and send information for additional resources i need help ASAP!

This place is clean and safe you can take you a hot shower wash your dirty clothes they feed you good meals sometimes they let you have seconds when you still hungry however there a lot of restrictions in place when you cannot have any outside snacks food drinks like soda and water in entire facility and dorm you going be staying at as a resident you are required to do chores after you make up your bed perfectly neat when you wake up early in the morning before breakfast and after breakfast you
Required to leave the campus at 8AM to look for work unless you have some kind of proof of income to stay on campus and you cannot lay in a bed unless you a overnight mid day worker and the weekends they breathalyzed you at 9PM before bedtime I don’t drink alcohol since 2 years ago since I gave it up not only that when you talk to a caseworker about when you homeless and what can you do to help I feel like they don’t do nothing much but offer you a place to stay for 30 day and when the time is up they’ll ask you to leave the premises to make you homeless on the streets again with no where else to go especially you don’t have any funds to make ends meet the worst thing is if you don’t show up during curfew hours at 9PM they marked you absent and most likely will forfeit your assigned bed for 12 months until you reregister again The weekends you’re be more comfortable but they got the same protocol like BAC during curfew hours.
