Asura is the best! I went to one of her Friday night sound bath journeys and was hooked. As a DJ I love her usage of gongs, chimes and singing bowls to channel energy in and out of the body. Her joyful and cheerful presence makes you feel taken care of as well. I will be back for more massage/body work - I had a sound bath session mixed with some body and intestinal massage. Focus on breathing was key too. Asura’s gentle way of guiding you to be your best self is truly appreciated.

I attended the gong night last for the first time, and it was an incredible experience! Asura is very knowledgeable and started the session by talking about different gongs (she brought 8 of them out for the session) and how they are made, which was very interesting. She then proceeded to play the instruments, and it was an incredible atmosphere. I had an amazing night of sleep after and will definitely be back again!

I did my first live sound bath and it was so powerful. Asura creates a healing and comfortable environment with her gongs and bowls. I felt restored and for a few nights after the bath I had powerful dreams that helped me heal by understanding situations from a new light. I came back and did her yin yoga plus sound class and felt relaxing and deep comfort and must have experienced a nervous system reset because the following week I slept so well because of that session!

I found Music of the Spheres on my morning neighborhood walk three months ago, and decided to try one of their amazing Sound Journey experiences. Asura (the proprietor) plays her singing bowls, gongs, and chimes with such love and compassion that it leaves you quietly centered, and relaxed. Since then, I've started attending Yoga Flow and Yin Yoga classes with Sheena who gently challenges me to my best self. And every class ends with Shavasana wrapped in the mystical vibrations of a mini sound-bath by Asura. It's a beautiful way to start the day! I highly recommend trying one of the various classes at this new, community Wellness Center. From sound journeys to yoga, body work, mediation, and even crafts, Music of the Sphere's is the best!
