I would definitely recommend Movement for Life. They are professional and knowledgeable. I have been sent to them by the V.A. to help me with my back. And even though I seem to re-injure myself almost every weekend, Alan is helping me to heal. He is teaching me ways to do what I have to without causing any more injuries. With his help I am slowly getting stronger. Thanks for all the help.

Movement for Life has helped me so much. The physical therapists are all professional and knowledgeable in their field, but they are also compassionate and supportive. I think the main reason I enjoy it so much is the overall positive energy throughout the entire office. I would definitely recommend Movement for Life!

We've had numerous positive experiences at Movement for Life. Their therapists are excellent, and the whole team works well together. We feel really fortunate to have such a nice PT practice here in Morro Bay- so convenient! Their office is very community-minded too- they recently hosted a blood drive.

I highly recommend Movement for life to anyone who is in need of Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist are very knowledgeable, listen and communicate well. In the last seven years, I’ve had two knee replacements, one shoulder, reconstruction, and one shoulder replacement. I have gone to several different therapy groups and have found that movement for life is by far the best for rehab rehabilitation. Therapist Chandley Bellfort has been spot on in my rehab of my shoulder. Between a great doctor and Chandler, I am recovering much faster than I anticipated.

The staff and my assigned PT Alan, were very professional and knowledgeable. The exercises that they showed me allowed me to return to normal activities. I highly recommend them to other pain sufferers.
