My husband, kids and I have been visiting different churches in the area to find our church home. We had visited Mountainside during the Summer and had a great experience but wanted to visit a couple other churches to be sure of our decision. Yesterday morning we decided to go back to Mountainside but were running late and feeling frazzled. When we walked in, worship had begun and I didn't see many open seats. Ugh. We were trying to discreetly walk to a side table when someone touched my shoulder. She called me by my name (she remembered me) and asked if we wanted to sit with them. The sincere love for Jesus and people oozes out of the individuals of this church. I am challenged by and thankful for this community.

Mountainside is my second home! I never been to a church that is so community focused.
The first time I came, I got to know so many people faster than I ever have being apart of a church!
It makes me so happy to know that I have found a church that I feel welcomed no matter what stage of life I am in. And there are so many small groups and group activities happening in the week so you can get to know the people more closely.

This Church is amazing. The people are so welcoming, and have really helped me with my faith in the time I’ve been there. They include every age in some kind of group and do lots of fun activities. They aren’t just focused about Church on Sundays, but they actually care about the community and everyone’s relationships, especially their relationship with God. All the leaders/people are absolutely AMAZING. I couldn’t ask for a better Church!! 10/10 would recommend. Come introduce yourself, we’d be happy to make you a part of the fam!

We have been a part of this church since the beginning and it is an authentic community, committed to following Jesus and serving the community. The love we have felt from everyone involved, makes them feel just like family. Cannot recommend Mountainside enough!

Mountainside Community Church is a place that people
(any person ) can come to experience God. A place that any person can walk in and know they are loved no matter what condition they find themselves. I have been attending Mountainside for several months and can say this isn't your normal church!!

I really wanted to like this church but the experience was strange and really made me not want to go back, unfortunately. Me (a college student) and my mom visited one week and hardly anyone talked to us. People there were very standoffish and I noticed we got several stares. It seems like a closed-off community and I wouldn’t recommend visiting it, especially if you’re new to Christianity or not from the area.

I LOVE MOUNTAINSIDE! it’s not just a church it’s a family. there’s lots of small groups to fit any age group, and help grow members closer. the worship music is great, the people are great, and it’s just great in general!
