Great place to have a family get away. Great location that is walking distance to the Canyon lodge. We were there for the night of lights, and we could walk back without being caught in the lines for the gondolas or the long lines for the buses. Felt very homey with all the amenities you will need to cook, have a fire, and stay warm.

Some really beautiful and pretty reasonably priced condos to stay in. However I would say the people who own the organization/building can be very difficult to reach. I sent a "contact me" thing on their website weeks ago and they never emailed me back

Wonderful place to stay. We booked three different rooms and they were so clean with all the household utilities and utensils available.

We were given the clear guidance of the usage which was so good.

Stay was very comfortable and safe. Within two-three miles, there is a grocery shop and pizza shop as well.

Just stayed here last week with family and friends for a nice weekend gate a way. I was skeptical about the place at first. I booked the room with out looking into the place or the reviews. I had gone online and tried to find reviews on this place but I didn't find any. I'll be the first to say this place was amazing. It has a nice cozy/ homey feeling to it. It was so spacious for the big group of people that stayed with us. Everyone in my group had an amazing time and loved the location its minutes away from the lakes and only an 45 min away from Yosemite. & the front office makes it very convenient for late check-ins and check out.I would definitely stay here again! We will try to make this a yearly tradition.

Great location and really quiet/cozy. We had the two bedroom and it was way more than enough room for the three of us. The Lady and doggy at the office were super friendly.

If I could rate the exact condo and the managing company separately I would. The staff is friendly and helpful. However I strongly recommend stating in each listing that these condos are not ground level. You will climb several flights of stairs. Our unit was not in the best working condition. Broken windows (had to remove screens and push glass to open), sliding doors that don't lock, TVs with no sound, beds propped up on blocks of wood. The condo was in fact clean, and we were allowed to check in before check-in time as no one had rented before us.

Love, love, love our time in Mammoth as always! But you have to have a great place to stay at a great price and Mountainback is the place. Awesome service, beautiful setting and our condo was home away from home! Thank you❤
