To whom it may concern: My son, Andy Âu , had a stroke and was in a coma for almost two months. He has now been admitted to Morning Star for rehabilitation. I considered many other facilities but chose Morning Star and I not disappointed. The atmosphere is totally aimed at the welfare of the patients. The staff is very friendly and obviously well trained in the rehabilitation of the patient. The nurse’s are very friendly and patient oriented. I was lucky enough to attend the Grand Opening of Morning Star Mission Viejo and I cannot speak more highly of the staff and facilities here! Demetrius gave us a wonderful tour of the Building and the kitchen made absolutely delicious food. Everyone was so kind and accommodating and we think this would be a wonderful community for our family member!

I recently moved from Morningstar to Austin Texas. It is a beautiful facility and I miss all the wonderful staff and residents. I moved to be closer to my twin daughters. The apartments are very spacious and modern.

I have played a charity concert at this senior house, the facility is extreme well organized and the environment is super friendly. The staffs have been doing a great job of keeping all the seniors happy and healthy. Definitely 👍

My Mom is here and it’s been wonderful! Everytime I visit everyone is so kind. She used to be at a different facility were they weren’t so attentive. I wanted to say thank you to the two Med techs I think her name was Mekayla & Tri who didn’t have a problem assisting and wandering all of my questions. Thank you MorningStar!! ❤️

We visited a dear friend who has been living there 5 months. She is very happy. The staff was very caring, friendly and helpful. We came during a car show and promo lunch which was very fun and well organized. The faculty is beautiful and spacious and grounds well manicured.

The one thing I would ask is for them to have more practical games, cards, dominoes, etc. for seniors in the game room. There were 2 choices and it had a sterile feeling. No wonder it was empty.

MorningStar Senior Living has far-exceeded our expectations. First of all, we did not expect to move to senior living in our 70's, but managing our home and health needs became too much for us. We are so thankful we decided to move to MorningStar Senior Living, Mission Viejo to LIVE! The staff's top priority is the residents, offering professional, yet friendly, kind, and caring help. The restaurant dining is superb with a wide selection to choose from the menu and various eateries. The servers add to the dining experience with their friendly service. The units are spacious, and upon moving-in our belongings, we were HOME! Activities and amenities are pleasurable and well thought out, making our overall experience more care-free and daily life a joy.
