I recently had the pleasure of moving into Morgan Ranch Apartments, and I must say, it has been an incredible experience. The apartment complex itself is just wonderful; the facilities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. But what truly sets Morgan Ranch apart is the exceptional team that manages the property.

Briana and Hope have been an absolute delight to work with. From the first inquiry to the final move-in process, their professionalism and genuine care for their residents have been evident every step of the way. They were not only helpful but also incredibly patient, taking the time to address all of our questions and concerns. Their communication skills are truly remarkable, as they ensured that I was well-informed throughout the entire leasing process.

I feel like I'm not just a resident at Morgan Ranch, but part of a real community, thanks in large part to Briana and Hope's welcoming and positive attitude. It's rare to find such dedicated and friendly staff in the apartment industry, and their presence has made our transition into this new living space so much more enjoyable.

I highly recommend Morgan Ranch Apartments to anyone looking for a new place to call home. The combination of the beautiful property and the outstanding team led by Briana and Hope make it an unbeatable choice. I lived in the Morgan Ranch Apartments for one year. The overall quality and modern aesthetic is eye-catching and highly desirable style wise. I absolutely loved how I had an attached two car garage which made my experience feel as if I was living in a home. It’s remote, quiet and private. The property is kept clean and consistently maintained. They have a cute little flower and vegetable garden for the community to contribute to. These are the pros of my stay here.

The cons and the ultimate reason why I moved out: there were about 12 to 13 occurrences over a period of 2 1/2 to 3 months where the power was completely shut off. There are a lot of issues with PG&E out there and if you’re someone like me who works completely remote, that was a huge issue with staying connected and online. In addition to that, and in the summertime, there are enormous field spiders and silver bugs that can and certainly will invest your home. It got so bad that the property infestation person would come over to my unit specifically once a month to spray inside and around the house. I wish I was exaggerating on how enormous these spiders were, but I have a saved log on my phone because they were huge and the capacity of how many would come in was disturbing. I would certainly keep that in mind if you are living on the ground floor and towards the big open field right off of the freeway.

Another aspect to keep in mind is that it’s nearly impossible to stay on a month-to-month basis as far as your lease. They will charge you thousands dollars more on top of the premium rate you pay in the event that you do not sign a year lease.

Ultimately, I did really love the quality of living I experience there, I enjoyed spending my evenings in the Jacuzzi and time by the pool, and had it not been for the continuous power outages and plethora of creatures invading my home, I probably would’ve continued my lease and stayed there longer.

Lived here for 2 years. Had a fantastic time. The staff was helpful. The maintenance staff was fantastic. All issues that I had were promptly fixed. Good apartment with great amenities. Was sad to leave these apartments.

I love my apartment. It is brand new! The unit is beautifully finished; large kitchen with gas range and roomy refrigerator, dishwasher, walk in closet, large bathroom, plenty of storage, covered balcony, in unit washer and dryer, oh and the best part, A GARAGE! I am so thankful for that garage every morning when it is 30-something degrees outside. The apartment comes with a Nest learning thermostat, and after about a week, I don’t even have to think about it, the system has learned our patterns and comes on automatically when we are home.

I have had the best experience with the Property Management staff, my application date to move-in date was about a week, so it was a pretty swift move. The staff is responsive by email and phone regarding the many questions I had. They are so kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Covid restrictions have put a damper on the long list of amenities, but we all have to do our part to keep our community healthy. I look forward to taking advantage of the spa once it opens (and maybe the 24hr gym.)

Someone mentioned in another review about freeway noise, I really cant hear it from my unit when the windows and doors are closed, and its not too loud when they are all open. Living near a freeway is one of those sounds you get used to, and after a while it just sounds like waves crashing on the beach. The benefit of getting right on the freeway to go to work far outweighs any noise that you may hear.

I highly recommend Morgan Ranch Apartments, you couldn’t ask for more from an apartment community.

I went through the application process, and I would not recommend to others.

I applied for a 2bed/2bath at Morgan Ranch on June 1st hoping to move in mid July. I paid for the holding fee, and I received consistent contact from the team, very friendly people, until June 12. I sent emails to the leasing office and team members directly, and I never heard back from anyone. I called numerous times and was never connected with the leasing team; my calls and messages were never returned. Details of the free month of rent, lease start date, pet information, and official approval were not provided.

On July 5th, my application was approved and I received an email from a team member with lease information and a request for first months rent. I explained I received no contact with Morgan Ranch for over 3 weeks, and because of my move in date being within a week, I found alternate housing. The team member apologized, said there was a change in office staff, and asked how she could help. I requested my holding deposit be returned, and she said since my request to cancel the application was not sent within 72 hours of applying, the return of my holding deposit was no longer possible.

Super disappointing! I understand staffing is difficult, but prior to leaving this review I emailed and called again (5 days ago) with nothing back from Morgan Ranch.

We rented a two bedroom while getting our house built for about 7 months. We did not enjoy our stay, we can hear the freeway every morning which was loud. Plus the big diesels rigs that were across the street.
We constantly received complaints from the down stair neighbors when we literally were only walking living our daily lives but the neighbors swore we we pounding things which was funny because were a quiet family. And at the end they kept most of our deposit blaming the garbage bills when we had paid those monthly. What was most frustrating they never responded, they could not keep their staff so it was hard to get someone live.

We are very much looking forward to joining the community. Jacob was prompt, polite, and professional when showing us potentials units virtually. He patiently answered all of our questions during the multiple times we communicated with him.

We visited the area in person to check if issues like highway proximity would be an issue, but even when outside the noise didn’t bother us. YMMV but we consider ourselves to be fairly sensitive to noise 🙂

The surrounding area is away from the hustle and bustle of Silicon Valley or even downtown Morgan Hill, but the close location to the 101 makes it convenient to get to other places. The complex itself is brand new with a nice array of amenities.
