I live on Center Ave at Berlin Drive in San Martin and want to express my concern over the school bus that drops off kids at Berlin Dr.
My concern is over the safety of kids who are forced to get off the bus here then must walk northbound on Center Ave to get to their homes further up the road. Center Ave has no sidewalks and very little shoulder space for the kids to walk on. The road has a 45mph speed limit endangering the kids by speeding vehicles and other threats along the way.
After dropping off the kids the school bus continues northbound passing the walking kids.
This I feel is ridiculous.The bus should take the kids closer to their home and make another stop or two.
Please consider more about the well-being of the kids.
