The security guard (Aka rent a cop) are so unprofessional and making their own rules and making it all complicated for the homeowners to get in. we were turned away twice as their office doesn't open until 9 but yet it says on there window that they are open at 830 and mind you we we were there at 0700 and came back 15 mins early and yet security turned as away and apparently we can't wait in the parking lot since I dont have my members ID and until the office actually opens and mind you my mom has member ID and I was trying to get mine since last week as their system is always down (go figure) as I was reading at their policy nothing that says we can't park and wait in the vicinity as I think securities are making up their own rules. My time and my moms time was total wasted as their system is always down again. I can only assume they don't want to process our ID becuase everytime we go there they're always an issue. Also they should not allowed staff to park inside as the parking is always full for the homeowners. they should have a designated areas out in the vicinity.

The front office is of no use at all. I called today to find out why I wasn't getting a newsletter, only to find out they had the wrong mailing address and that I had $2,000 in fines for a stored car and unauthorized improvements to my front yard. First off I am not storing my car, I have it covered because my neighbor's tree is ruining my car. If they had made any effort at all to contact me, they could have told me of the fines, but they were still sending bills to an address I have not lived at in over two years. Terrible front office. Even though I submitted the attached pictures they insisted I supply a plan of the landscaping, even though the landscaping is finished.

Came here to do some swimming with my wifey. It was our first time, but I was impressed that there were lifeguards on duty and security guards as well. The pool is very well sized. There is a kiddie pool, water games, and a jacuzzi as well. There are plenty of places to sit and sunbathe as well. Very nice.

Someone is making some money on this . With all the HOA members having to pay $60 a household, going up to $66 you would think there would be more than just a pool, Jacuzzi, and small workout room. Not even a whole lot for little kids either. Where is my money being spent?

They have a lot of Rules here. But it is for everyone's safety. Love the mini WaterPark they have in the Pool Area..
Cold water drops from buckets.. Fun for kids. Oh!! They have a kiddy pool. Very clean facilities. Loved it..

I feel like if you have a key and is a member asking me where I am going are my purpose for coming is literally out of pocket and disrespectful! I pay money every month and as long as I have a key that should not matter. That is A QUESTION FOR PEOPLE WHO DO NOT HAVE A KEY!!! Honestly what’s the point of paying for HOA AND YOU HOUNDING MEMBERS LIKE A DOG! PLUS CHARGE 15.00 for an application fee!!!! YOU ALL ARE A JOKE! Period! Then on top of that after asking you where you going the have a daily resident sign in sheet on the gym door for you to sign ! Super unnecessary!!!! Get a LIFE

Here it is... in and the pool is not available I was told there's other amenities that can be used when I mentioned that if the pool and the fitness center is closed our dues should be reduced for those months. Well it's hot I want to use the pool I don't want to use a paddle boat or play volleyball the pool is part of what I pay for and if I can't use it because of your poor scheduling then my dues should be reduced for that amount of time that the pool isn't available.
