I don’t even know where to start. My grandmother has been a permanent resident there for a year. She is doing so much better prior to her being there. She has the best time everyday during activities. Thank you so much to the activity director Leticia! She brings so much joy to my grandma and it shows!

Moraga Post Acute is phenomenal with patient care! I would recommend this Beautiful small setting facility to your Love ones! My dad was involved in a car accident and we had to make a decision to place him in a Rehabilitation facility for a few weeks. Moraga Post Acute was the best decision ever, my dad needs were met. The physical therapist set goals to get my dad to walk again due to him having broken bones. Upon my father leaving the facility the social worker Lisa was amazing with finding resources on his daily living needs while at home! The entire Moraga team was excellent with providing patient care!

No such place is perfect. But the workers there were geared to graciously and effectively help me through my difficult 3-week stay there. I especially want to note Tig (She's been working there for 30 Years) my nurse Michelle, Evon, Tiana, Megan, Steven ,and Andrew, plus several others whose names at 92, I've regretfully forgotten. I recommend the place.

Moraga is a great place if recovery and care the wound care nurse Rita is patient and exceptional big applause for Rita, all of the staff Lorena, Q, Yolanda and estella, Letty, Michelle, the entire nursing staff and Alex, all of the staff of this facility is appreciated by me and my roommate. We give an excellent rating to Moraga Post Acute! From the pleasant setting to the attitude of the staff. Everyone was willingly helpful and very qualified in whatever their area of expertise. I'm impressed with the skill and creativity of the kitchen staff .. good cooks. My husband loved the quiet.. he could sleep at night. This is a clean, well run facility that we would recommend to all.
