MACOA is an efficiently run organization. Donations go to feed elderly, needy people. Give financial aid and/or deliver meals and you will be blessed. Proverbs 22:9 says generous people will be blessed when they provide food for the poor.

This agency provides food, resources and community referrals to low income elderly. The volunteer seniors are friendly and seem to enjoy giving back to the community. I love visiting The MCOA!

People who answer the phone for this agency are rude and unprofessional and are completely uninterested in the well being of seniors. This is just a check for them. Leaving a message for someone to return a call does no good. No one returns a call. The unprofessional and undignified nature of the people answering the phone is completely disappointing, but typical. Unfortunate that elderly people of little means have to deal with this. Thank goodness my mother has people who care for her. I feel for elderly people who are not as fortunate and are at the mercy of these individuals.

Meals on Wheels originate from here. The elderly who are ambulatory goes there for meals. There's a full kitchen which impressed me. There's an area that can be converted to a very nice dining area w/ a piano.

Called to het information for my mother living in Montgomery..and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful..Cut me off and had no intrest in anything I had to to say. Quickly gave me another number. Maybe you should have people with better beside manners handle the phone.
